भाजपा ने यहां गुरुग्राम-जयपुर हाइवे-48 किनारे प्राइम लोकेशन पर अपना पांच मंजिला आलीशान कार्यालय तो बहुत कम समय में पूरा कर लिया, लेकिन आम जनता के लिए नागरिक अस्पताल पर भाजपा सरकार एक कदम भी पूरा नहीं चल पाई है।
आप कार्यकर्ता अभय जैन एडवोकेट और अशोक वर्मा एडवोकेट ने गुरुग्राम के नागरिक अस्पताल और भाजपा कार्यालय को लेकर कहा है कि यह तो जनता के साथ खिलवाड़ है। शहर का यह नागरिक अस्पताल वर्ष 1975 में बनाया गया था, जिसे 44 साल बाद वर्ष 2019 में असुरक्षित घोषित किया गया।
अस्पताल के कई विभागों को सेक्टर-10 में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया। इस समय गुरुग्राम विधानसभा क्षेत्र में पीएचसी, सीएचसी को छोड़ दें तो बड़ा अस्पताल नहीं है।
सेक्टर-10 का अस्पताल बादशाहपुर विधानसभा में आता है। बात करें पुराने नागरिक अस्पताल की तो इसे नया बनाने के लिए 2019 के बाद कई बार घोषणाएं हुई। 29 नवम्बर 2020 को गुरुग्राम में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने अस्पताल का विस्तार करके 500 बेड का बनाने की बात कही गई थी, जिसे बाद में घटाकर 400 बेड की बात कही गई।
हालांकि यहां अभी तक आधा अस्पताल तोडऩे के सिवाय कुछ नहीं हुआ है। आप नेताओं का कहना है कि यह सरकार का चुनावी जुमला था। करीब एक साल पूर्व अस्पताल को तोडऩे की शुरुआत की गई, लेकिन आज तक इसे तोड़ा नहीं गया है। क्योंकि यहां से सीटी स्कैन और एमआरआई विभाग को शिफ्ट नहीं किया गया है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के पास इसकी शिफ्टिंग के लिए धन की कमी है, जबकि सरकार कह रही है खजाना भरा हुआ है।
जनता की अनदेखी कर रही सरकार
अब बात करें भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कार्यालय की तो इस निर्माण बहुत तेजी से किया गया है। इसके निर्माण में किसी तरह की कोई बाधा नहीं आई। रिकॉर्ड समय में पांच मंजिला बिल्डिंग खड़ी करके यहां कार्यालय शुरू कर दिया गया है।
विकास के अनेक दावे इस कार्यालय के उद्घाटन पर करके गए बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा, मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के एजेंडे में गुरुग्राम की जनता के लिए अस्पताल शामिल नहीं रहा। सरकार गुरुग्राम को आखिर मिलेनियम सिटी किस हैसियत से कह रही है।
किसी भी शहर का एक हिस्सा उसके विकासशील होने की कहानी नहीं कहती, बल्कि हर क्षेत्र में विकास हो, सुविधाएं हों, तभी हम विकास होने की बात कह सकते हैं। सरकार जनता की अनदेखी कर रही है। खास बात यह है कि बीजेपी का कोई नेता शहर की इन समस्याओं पर मुंह नहीं खोलता।
जबकि जानते सब हैं। ज्ञात रहे कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दो दिन पूर्व अपने गुरू कमल नाम से कार्यालय के उद्घाटन समारोह पर भी भारी मात्रा में पैसा खर्च किया है। आप नेताओं का कहना है कि इस तरह से पानी की तरह पैसा बहाना भ्रष्टाचार कहा जा सकता है।
