Viral Sach – आम आदमी पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता एवं मानव आवाज संस्था के संयोजक Abhay Jain एडवोकेट ने रोहतक में अवैध कब्जे के नाम पर नवनिर्मित श्वेताम्बर जैन स्थानक मंदिर का छज्जा तोडऩे की कड़े शब्दों में निंदा की है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार-प्रशासन इस तरह से धार्मिक स्थलों को निशाना बनाकर धार्मिक भावनाएं भड़काने का प्रयास ना करे।
उन्होंने रोहतक जैन समाज के लोगों द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के आधार पर कहा कि प्रशासन ने जैन समाज को टारगेट बनाकर यह कार्रवाई की है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह से नगर निगम रोहतक की ओर से जैन स्थानक में तोडफ़ोड़ की गई है, वह पूरी तरह से गलत है।
इस बाबत किसी तरह का नोटिस मंदिर प्रबंधन को नहीं दिया गया। प्रशासन की टीम मौके पर पहुंची और गेट पर ताला लगा होने के बावजूद भी साथ में धर्मशाला से जैन स्थानक में दाखिल हुई और फिर तोडफ़ोड़ की। उन्होंने मांग की है कि इस मामले में आरोपी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करके निष्पक्ष जांच की जानी चाहिए।
इस तरह से किसी धार्मिक स्थल पर तोडफ़ोड़ करना न्याय संगत नहीं है। उन्होंने इस बात की संतुष्टि जाहिर की कि जैन समाज के समर्थन में विश्व हिंदू परिषद के केंद्रीय स्तर के पदाधिकारी भी इस कार्रवाई को गलत ठहरा रहे हैं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि रोहतक के बाजारों में चलाए गए अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान दौरान निगम की टीम ने रेलवे रोड स्थित नवनिर्मित श्वेताम्बर जैन स्थानक मंदिर का छज्जा अवैध निर्माण बताकर तोड़ दिया गया। इससे जैन समुदाय के लोगों में रोष पनता। उनके साथ बाजार के लोग भी धरने पर बैठे और नगर निगम के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की।
