भारत विकास परिषद का ध्येय सम्पर्क, संस्कार, सहयोग, सेवा एवं समर्पण के माध्यम से व्यक्ति के विकास के द्वारा भारत विकास का है जो कि जन-जन की भागीदारी से ही सम्भव है।
राष्ट्र के उत्थान में भारत विकास परिषद ने पांच सूत्रों सम्पर्क, सहयोग, संस्कार, सेवा, समर्पण को अंगीकार किया है। यह उदगार सीएसआर ट्रस्ट के उपाध्यक्ष श्री बोधराज सीकरी ने कार्यक्रम में अपने विचार के रूप में व्यक्त किए। कहा कि संस्कारवान युवा ही सेवा, समर्पण, सहयोग और संपर्क के माध्यम से समर्पित हो सकता है।
अगर हमें भारत को सशक्त बनाना है तो युवा पीढ़ी को संस्कारवान बनाना जरूरी है। उन्हें अपनी परम्पराओं, संस्कृति, सभ्यता, ग्रन्थों से जोड़ने के प्रयत्न आवश्यक हैं।
पूर्व सांसद एवं पार्लियामेंट बोर्ड की सदस्य डॉ. सुधा यादव ने कहा की संस्कार के बिना समाज उत्थान नहीं कर सकता जो कि भारत विकास परिषद इस ध्येय में बहुत ही तेजी से अग्रसर है।
पुरस्कार वितरण कार्यक्रम में विधायक सुधीर सिंगला ने परिषद द्वारा सेवा के कार्यों का उल्लेख किया एवं गुरुग्राम में चलाए जा रहे विवेकानंद आरोग्य केंद्र की जमकर तारीफ की।
उन्होंने कहा कि वास्तव मे नर सेवा नारायण सेवा का असली उदाहरण आरोग्य केंद्र है। कार्यक्रम मे 14 विद्यालयों एवं 34 टीमों ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता में हिंदी एवं संस्कृत में प्रथम पुरस्कार आर.पी.एस.एस.ए इंटरनेशनल स्कूल, द्वितीय डी.पी.एस जी, तीसरा स्थान सूरज पब्लिक स्कूल सेक्टर 56 को मिला।
लोकगीत में डिवाइन पब्लिक स्कूल प्रथम, द्वितीय समर फील्ड पब्लिक व तृतीय स्थान सेंट जेवियर्स उच्च विद्यालय को मिला।
