इस बजट का विशेष आकर्षण है आयुष्मान चिरायु योजना। यह योजना देश के 28 प्रांतों में केवल हरियाणा के अंदर ही है। यहां भारत सरकार ने आयुष्मान भारत योजना क्रियान्वित करके लगभग 55 करोड लोगों का हित सोचा था। परंतु हरियाणा उससे भी आगे बढ़ गया। आयुष्मान भारत योजना 1 लाख 20 हजार वार्षिक आय वाले लोगों पर लागू है वहां हरियाणा ने 3 लाख रु आय तक के लोगों को भी चिरायु में शामिल कर लिया था।
लाभार्थी को मात्र 1500 रु वार्षिक शुल्क देना था जो मात्र 4 रु प्रतिदिन बैठता है। परन्तु इस बजट में अनूठा निर्णय लिया गया। 3 लाख वार्षिक आय वाले के बजाय अब 3 लाख से 6 लाख तक आय को भी सरकार ने इस स्कीम में ले लिया है। जिस योजना के तहत लाभार्थी को 4 हजार रु वार्षिक शुल्क देना होगा और वह चिरायु योजना का लाभ उठा सकेगा।
इससे ये प्रमाणित हो गया है कि सरकार स्वस्थ हरियाणा, खुशहाल हरियाणा और विकसित हरियाणा का सपना साकार करने की ओर गम्भीर है। सरकार की नीयत गरीब, युवा, महिला और किसान को प्राथमिकता देने की है। अतीत के गौरव को पुनः प्राप्त करने की है। अंत्योदय के दर्शनशास्त्र को जीवन में उतारने की है। राष्ट्र सर्वोपरि के नारे को जीवन में उतारने की है।
