इस शाखा अध्यक्ष अमित गुजराल सचिव आदित्य पांडे एवम कोषाध्यक्ष विकास रस्तोगी को शपथ दिला कर दायित्व दिया गया साथ ही ५१ और सदस्यो ने शपथ ली।
कार्यक्रम में उत्तर छेत्र के अध्यक्ष विनीत गर्ग जी ने अध्यक्षता की एवम अपने संबोधन में परिषद् की देश भर में चल रही गतिविधियों पर प्रकाश डाला। जेटेक्ट इंडिया के निदेशक सुधीर चोपड़ा ने स्वामी विवेकानंद जी के जीवन पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा की आज भारत विकास परिषद् उनके जीवन एवम विचारों को समाज तक पहुंचाने का कार्य कर रहा है।
