गुरुग्राम : गुरुग्राम में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना के केसों को देखते हुए Canwinn Foundation ने जिला प्रशासन को महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव देते हुए लॉकडाउन करने का अनुरोध किया है। यह लॉकडाउन 7-7 दिन का 21 दिनों तक लगाकर कोरोना की चेन तोडऩे में सहायक होगा।
कैनविन फाउंडेशन की ओर से इस बारे में संस्थापक डा. डीपी गोयल, सह-संस्थापक नवीन गोयल ने सुझाव पत्र जिला उपायुक्त डा. यश गर्ग को सौंपा। इस पत्र में कहा गया है कि 7-7 दिनों का लॉकडाउन लगाते हुए कम से कम 21 दिनों तक इसको जारी रख कर हम इसकी चेन तोड़ सकते हैं।
इन 21 दिनों में हम अपने अस्पताल, टेम्पे्ररी बेड, दवाई, ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति की बहुत बड़ी तैयारी कर सकते हैं। इतने दिनों में कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज भी ठीक हो जाएंगे।
पत्र में आगे कहा गया है कि हमारे स्वास्थ्य विभाग और प्राइवेट अस्पतालों को घर-घर जाकर वैक्सीनेशन का कार्य शुरू कर देना चाहिए। एक महीने में गुरुग्राम का बड़ा हिस्सा कवर कर सकते हैं। बीपीएल परिवारों को निशुल्क व अन्य से चार्ज लेकर लगाने का सिस्टम बनाया जा सकता है।
साथ ही जीएमडीए प्रशासन, पुलिस, एमसीजी, स्वास्थ्य विभाग मिलकर मोटिवेशन, सहायता एवं जुर्माने का विशेष प्रावधान बनाकर लागू कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा शहर के जोन, सब-जोन बनाकर उन क्षेत्रों में स्पेशल अथॉरिटी इंचार्ज बनाकर आरडब्ल्यूए, सोशल वर्कर्स की सहायता लेना एवं उनको समय से पहले प्रोत्साहन दिया जाए।
इस प्रकार से नए केस कम हो जाएंगे। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार होगा। पुराने केस निपट जाएंगे और हम इस बीमारी से निपटने में कामयाब होंगे। सुझाव पत्र देने के दौरान शैलेेंद्र गोयल, समाजसेवी गगन गोयल व दीपक शर्मा भी उपस्थित रहे।

Along with this, GMDA administration, police, MCG, health department can jointly implement special provision of motivation, assistance and fine. Apart from this, by creating zones, sub-zones of the city and making special authority in-charge in those areas, help of RWAs, social workers should be taken and they should be encouraged ahead of time.
In this way new cases will be reduced. Health services will expand. Old cases will be settled and we will be able to deal with this disease. Shailendra Goyal, social worker Gagan Goyal and Deepak Sharma were also present while giving suggestion letter.
