अब इन कर्मचारियों को बाहर का रास्ता दिखा दिया गया है। वैसे तो ये कोरोना काल में ही ठेके पर लगाए गए थे, लेकिन अब दो साल बाद हटा दिया गया है। अब ये कर्मचारी आंदोलन करने पर मजबूर हो गए हैं।
सेक्टर-39 में सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय के बाहर धरने पर बैठे इन कर्मचारियों में कई रिकॉर्ड बनाने वाले कर्मचारी भी इंकलाब जिंदाबाद के नारे लगाते हुए अपनी नौकरी बहाली की मांग कर रहे हैं। धरने पर बैठी दीपिका ने सबसे ज्यादा सेंपल लिए थे। दो साल में एक लाख से ज्यादा सेंपल उन्होंने लिए। उनके इस काम पर मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने 26 जनवरी 2022 को सम्मानित किया था।
रोहित समेत 8 लैब टेक्नीशियन ने 8 लाख 29 हजार सेंपल की जांच की। इसी तरह सोमबीर ने भी टेस्टिंग में बेहतरीन काम किया, जिन्हें वजीराबाद पीएचसी में विधायक सुधीर सिंगला द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।
धरने पर बैठी दीपिका, रोहित, मोनू, सोमबीर, विजय कुमार, सोनिया आदि ने कहा कि हरियाणा के हर जिले में कोरोना काल के दौरान हर काम में गुरुग्राम अव्वल रहा। यह सब कर्मचारियों के काम से ही संभव हो पाया है।
आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा धरनारत इन कर्मचारियों को पूरा समर्थन दिया गया है। आप नेता अभय जैन एडवोकेट, अशोक वर्मा एडवोकेट ने धरने पर बैठे इन कर्मचारियों को हर कदम पर साथ देने का आश्वासन दिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि नौकरी पर लगाए गए कर्मचारियों को अगर छह माह पूरे हो जाते हैं तो सरकार उन्हें इस तरह से नौकरी से नहीं निकाल सकती। इन कर्मचारियों को नौकरी करते हुए दो साल बीत गए। इतने समय के बाद इन्हें नौकरी से निकालना सरकार का गलत कदम है।
कर्मचारियों के मुताबिक स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी कह रहे हैं कि इन्हें सिर्फ कोविड के लिए ही लगाया गया था। जबकि उनके नियुक्ति पत्र में इस तरह की कोई बात नहीं लिखी गई है। आप नेताओं की मांग की है कि इन्हें सरकार बिना देरी कि फिर से नौकरी पर ले।
