Viral Sach – नगर निगम गुरूग्राम क्षेत्र में याशी कंसल्टिंग कंपनी द्वारा वितरित किए जा रहे Property Tax असेसमेंट नोटिस में कमियों के सुधार के लिए नागरिक टोल फ्री नंबर 1800-180-1061 पर संपर्क करके अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं। इसके लिए नगर निगम द्वारा कर्मचारियों की विशेष ड्यूटी लगाई गई है।
नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहुजा द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों में कहा गया है कि प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स असेसमेंट में गलतियों संबंधी आ रही शिकायतों को देखते हुए नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए कॉल सैंटर में कर्मचारियों की विशेष ड्यूटी लगाई गई है। ये कर्मचारी प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स एसेसमैंट संबंधी प्राप्त शिकायतों को प्राप्त करके संबंधित को भेजेंगे, ताकि नागरिकों को निगम कार्यालय में चक्कर ना लगाना पड़े।
नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के जोनल टैक्सेशन अधिकारी गुलशन सलूजा ने बताया कि निगमायुक्त द्वारा जिन कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है, वे सैक्टर-34 स्थित निगम कार्यालय में उपस्थित रहेंगे तथा रोजाना प्राप्त होने वाली शिकायतों को संबंधित एजेंसी या अधिकारियों को भेजेंगे।
प्राप्त शिकायतों का समाधान करके संबंधित रिपोर्ट याशी कंसल्टिंग द्वारा प्रतिदिन 10 बजे से पूर्व सबमिट करनी होगी। निगमायुक्त द्वारा जारी आदेशों के तहत कलर्क एवं कंप्यूटर कलर्क स्तर के कर्मचारियों की रोस्टर वाईज ड्यूटी लगाई गई है।

After resolving the complaints received, the related report will have to be submitted by Yashi Consulting daily before 10 am. As per the orders issued by the Corporation Commissioner, roster wise duty has been imposed for the Clerk and Computer Clerk level employees.
