ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਮਸਲਾ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਜੋ ਕਣਕ ਖਰੀਦੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਉਸਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਅੰਬਾਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਂ ਜਿਣਸ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਜਬੂਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਟਰਾਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
