ऑटो रिक्शा ना चलाने देने की रंजिश रखते हुए आरोपियों ने अपने अन्य साथियों/शूटरों से हत्या करवाई थी। आरोपियों को पुलिस हिरासत रिमाण्ड पर लेकर की जाएगी एवं गहनता से पूछताछ की जाएगी।
मृतक मनीष के पिता बुधराज ने शिकायत के माध्यम से बतलाया कि इसके 1 लड़की व 3 लड़के है। यह घर पर ही रहता था। इसका सबसे छोटा लड़का मनीष जिसकी उम्र उम्र 25 वर्ष है जो बंद बॉडी वाला टम्पू चलाता है तथा अविवाहित है।
मनीष की दोस्ती करीब चार-पांच साल से शिवजीत पुत्र रोहतास सिंह निवासी म. नं. 499 फिरोज गांधी कॉलोनी, गुरुग्राम के साथ है। 22 फरवरी को इसके लड़का मनीष को गाय के लिए चारा डालने वाला दलिया लेने के लिए सदर बाजार, गुरुग्राम में जाना था। ये अपने बेटे मनीष के साथ मोटरसाइकिल पर सवार होकर घर से निकले थे। जब ये फिरोज-गांधी कॉलोनी के सामने पहुंचे तो मनीष कहने लगा कि पिताजी दलिया की बोरी गाड़ी में रख लेंगे।
मनीष ने अपने दोस्त शिवजीत की गाड़ी ली और इसको फिरोज गांधी कॉलोनी की में गली में काली माता मंदिर से पहले उतार दिया और यह वही मनीष का इंतजार करने लगा। मनीष शिवजीत की गाड़ी महिंद्रा XUV-500 को करीब 11:40 A.M. पर स्टार्ट करके चलने ही वाला था कि दो नोजवान लड़कों ने उस पर ताबड़तोड़ गोलियां चला कर हमला कर दिया ।
गोलियों की आवाज सुनकर यह भी शिवजीत के घर की तरफ चला तो जिन दो नौजवान लड़कों ने मनीष पर गोलियां चलाई थी जिन्होंने सिर पर टोपियाँ पहन रखी थी और मुंह पर मास्क लगा रखे थे वो लड़के सड़क की तरफ पैदल-पैदल भाग गाड़ी के पास पहुंचा तो देखा कि मनीष चालक सीट पर लहुलुहान अवस्था में गाड़ी के अंदर पड़ा था फिर मौके पर पुलिस आ गई और मनीष को ईलाज के लिए सरकारी हस्पताल ले गए जहां मनीष को मृत घोषित कर दिया। उन दो नौजवान लड़कों ने बेवजह इसके लड़के मनीष की गोलियाँ मार कर हत्या की है।

Manish Shivjit’s vehicle Mahindra XUV-500 at around 11:40 A.M. But he was about to start walking that two young boys attacked him by firing bullets.
Hearing the sound of gunshots, he also went towards Shivjit’s house. The two young boys who fired at Manish, who were wearing caps on their heads and had masks on their faces, reached the car on foot towards the road.
