गुरुग्राम : Gaje Singh Kablana – अवैध निर्माण को घ्वस्त करने को लेकर डीटीपी आरएस बाठ आजकल चर्चा का विषय बने हुए हैं। पिछले काफी समय से आरएस बाठ के नेतृत्व में प्रशासन का पीला पंजा रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहा। लेकिन फिर भी अवैध निर्माण को रोकना प्रशासन के लिए टेढ़ी खीर साबित हो रहा है।
गुरुग्राम के न्यू कॉलोनी क्षेत्र में ही अनेक इमारते नियमों को ताक पर रखकर बनती देखी जा सकती है। शिकायत होने पर प्रशासन द्वारा सील की गयी बिल्डिंग की रात के अँधेरे में छत बना दी जाती है।
मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश पर सील हुई बिल्डिंग की सील तोड़कर, तैयार कर, वहां शोरूम तक खुल जाते हैं। जिसका उद्घाटन भी भाजपा नेताओं द्वारा ही किया जाता है और प्रशासन मुंह ताकता ही रह जाता है।
शुक्रवार को डीटीपी आरएस बाठ ने धनकोट में अवैध निर्माण पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए राजेंद्रा पार्क थाने में शिकायत देकर पूर्व पार्षद व सीनियर डिप्टी मेयर प्रोमिला गजे कबलाना के पति गजे कबलाना सहित कई लोगों पर एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई।
आरोप है कि उपरोक्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा गैरकानूनी तरीके से कॉलोनी काटी जा रही है। ऐसे में प्रशासन ने कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए कड़ी कार्यवाही करने का मन बना लिया है।
इस बारे में गजे सिंह कबलाना से बात की गयी तो उनका कहना था की अभी एफआईआर की बात उनके संज्ञान में नहीं है और न ही उनके नाम से उस जगह पर कोई जमीन है। वे इसके बारे में पता करवाएंगे।
आपको बता दें कि डीटीपी द्वारा पहले भी गजे सिंह कबलाना की बिल्डिंग पर पीले पंजे से कार्यवाही की गयी थी। एफआईआर के अनुसार डीटीपी द्वारा शो कॉज नोटिस, रेस्टॉरशन आर्डर, अर्बन एरिया प्लान, साइट प्लान की फोटो शिकायत के दौरान दी गयीं है।
अब देखना यह होगा की क्या प्रशासन के इस कड़े रुख से अवैध कालोनियों और अवैध निर्माण पर लगाम लग पायेगी। क्या शहर के बीचो बीच प्रशासन की नाक के नीचे चल रहे अवैध निर्माण पर लगाम लग पाएगी।
