गुरुग्राम : BJP – जिला गुरुग्राम में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय एवं स्थानीय न्यायालय के आदेशों को लगातार ठेंगा दिखाते हुए मनमाने ढंग से कार्रवाई करने के लिए डीटीपी बाठ के खिलाफ कोर्ट खुलते ही अवमानना का केस दर्ज कराया जाएगा। गुरुग्राम भाजपा के पूर्व विधायक उमेश अग्रवाल ने यह जानकारी दी।
भाजपा के पूर्व विधायक उमेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि आश्चर्य की बात है कि एक जिला स्तर का अधिकारी माननीय उच्च न्यायालय और जिला न्यायालय के आदेशों को भी ठेंगे पर रखकर काम कर रहा है।
इतना ही नहीं इस अधिकारी ने जिला उपायुक्त से अनुमति लेते समय उनको व पुलिस कमिश्नर से पुलिस बल लेते समय उन्हें भी न्यायालय के आदेशों के प्रति अंधेरे में रखा तथा उनको भी गुमराह कर लगातार कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं।
भाजपा के पूर्व विधायक उमेश अग्रवाल ने इस बात पर भी हैरानी प्रकट की कि इतना सब कुछ होने के बाद भी सरकार और प्रशासन इस अदने से अधिकारी की कोई जांच नहीं कर रहे। यह प्रवृति बहुत ही दुखद है।
भाजपा के पूर्व विधायक उमेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि आरएस बाठ के खिलाफ अदालत के आदेशों की अवमानना की कार्रवाई तो उच्च न्यायालय में की ही जाएगी इसके साथ ही जो शिकायत पुलिस में बाठ के खिलाफ दी है यदि उस पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो इसकी भी अलग से लड़ाई लड़ी जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस अधिकारी को शह एवं संरक्षण देने वाले लोग कौन-कौन हैं और किनके इशारे पर इसको इतनी हिम्मत मिल रही इसका भी खुलासा आने वाले समय में जल्द ही करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरुग्राम शहर न तो किसी की बापौती है और यहां पर किसी को मनमाने ढंग अनुचित कार्य करने देंगे। देश में लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था है और माननीय न्यायालय का आदेश मानने के लिए हर व्यक्ति प्रतिबद्ध है और कोई अधिकारी अगर ऐसा नहीं करता तो माननीय उच्च न्यायालय भी स्वयं संज्ञान लेकर इस पर कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
