यह जानकारी रैडक्रास सोसायटी के प्रधान एंव उपायुक्त यश गर्ग ने दी। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन व रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी के साथ मिलकर ऐसे लगभग 25 से अधिक सामाजिक संगठन है जो अपने स्तर पर और रेडक्रॉस के साथ मिलकर जिला प्रशासन की अमरेला के नीचे काम कर सैकड़ों लोगों को पका हुआ भोजन व सूखा राशन उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं।
उपायुक्त ने आगे बताया कि गुरुद्वारा श्री सिंह सभा के सभी गुरुद्वारे प्रतिदिन 9000 से अधिक लोगों की सहायता के लिए भोजन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए तत्काल सेवा में जुटे हुए है। इसी प्रकार डी स्टार हॉस्पिटलिटी द्वारा प्रतिदिन 3000 लोगों, सेवा भारती फाउंडेशन द्वारा 452 लोगों, लोटस पेटन द्वारा 2000 लोगों तथा ईको लिब फाउंडेशन द्वारा 300 लोगों को पका हुआ भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त ने आगे बताया कि इसी प्रकार उन्नति चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट सोहना द्वारा प्रतिदिन सैकड़ों लोगों को भोजन उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी द्वारा सूखे राशन वितरण का कार्य विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों की सहायता से किया जा रहा है, जिसमें रियलिस्टिक एंड रिच ग्रुप से 500 सूखे राशन पैकेट उपलब्ध कराए हैं तथा विशेष रूप से संस्था के दीपक सेठी ने आश्वासन दिया कि भविष्य में इसी प्रकार से आगे भी मदद करते रहेंगे।
उपायुक्त ने सामाजिक संगठनों से अनुरोध किया जो भी सूखा राशन या बना हुआ भोजन वितरण का कार्य कर रहे है उसकी सूचना जिला प्रशासन व रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी को अवश्य दें जिससे कि उनके द्वारा की जा रही सेवाओं की जानकारी राज्य स्तर तक पहुंचाई जा सके। उपायुक्त ने ऐसी संस्थाओं से ये भी अनुरोध किया कि वह रेडक्रॉस सोसायटी के मोबाइल न0 9416464748 पर व्हाट्सएप द्वारा अपनी डिटेल भेज सकते हैं।
