यह सिलसिला कई सालों से चल रहा है। उन्होंने सोहना तहसील के गाँव दौहला में निःशुल्क माँ सरस्वती लाइब्रेरी खोलकर बच्चो को विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं की कोचिंग देकर उनका भविष्य संवार रहे है।
उन्होंने 2019 में गांव में लाइब्रेरी की शुरुआत करें जिसमें प्रत्येक गांव से सहयोग मांग कर निःशुल्क माँ सरस्वती लाइब्रेरी की शुरुआत की गई। 30 वर्षीय शिक्षाविद हंसराज राघव ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कम्युनिकेशन में बीटेक कर रखी है।
उन्होंने 2017 में मुखर्जी नगर दिल्ली से एसएससी की तैयारी की थी वहाँ से कोचिंग की तैयारी करके उनका विभिन्न सरकारी नौकरियों में चयन हुआ जैसे कि 2 बार डीएसएसबी में जूनियर कर्लक, 2 बार एसएससी कर्लक, 1 बार आईटीबीपी हैड कांस्टेबल, 1 बार सीजीएल में सरकारी नौकरी में चयनित हो गए है लेकिन उन्होंने कोई नौकरी नही की।
हंसराज राघव ने कहा कि सरकारी नौकरी स्टेशन मास्टर पद पर चयनित होकर ही शिक्षा का विस्तार निरंतर रहेगा। अब उनका रेलवे में स्टेशन मास्टर पद पर चयन हो चुका है, सरकारी नौकरी करते-करते ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से और जब भी समय होगा ऑफलाइन कोचिंग बच्चों को निशुल्क प्रदान की जाएगी।
शिक्षाविद हंसराज राघव सुपुत्र स्वर्गीय अमर सिंह का कहना है कि आज के दौर में शिक्षा इतनी महंगी है कि गरीब परिवार अपने बच्चों की पढ़ाई का खर्च वहन नहीं कर पा रहे। कई परिवार मजबूरी में बच्चों की पढ़ाई बंद करवाकर उन्हें काम पर लगा देते हैं। पैसों के अभाव में किसी बच्चे की शिक्षा प्रभावित न हो इसलिए जीवन पर्यंत ऐसे बच्चों को पढ़ाते रहना चाहते हैं।
निःशुल्क लाइब्रेरी को बेहतर फंड मिलने से बच्चों को मिल सकती है काफी सुविधाएं
शिक्षाविद हंसराज राघव ने बताया कि गांव में जब उन्होंने लाइब्रेरी खोली तो काफी चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा था। फंड की भी काफी कमियां थी, फ्री वाईफाई की कमी किताबें कोर्स अनुसार नहीं थी, बिल्डिंग रिपेयर मेंटेनेंस की कमी है, कैमरे भी बंद है।
उन्होंने नेताओं सामाजिक लोगों से सहयोग की अपील की है जिससे लाइब्रेरी को और भी बेहतर बनाया जा सके और बच्चों को निशुल्क शिक्षा के ज्ञान के साथ-साथ उनके उज्जवल भविष्य के व्यक्तित्व का निर्माण कर सकेंगे। हंसराज राघव ने सरकार में प्रशासन से सहयोग की अपील की है ताकि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का डिजिटल शिक्षा का माध्यम से प्रत्येक गांव में बच्चो का विकास हो सके और शहरी तर्ज पर गांव के बच्चे भी बेहतर शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें।

Hansraj Raghav said that expansion of education will continue only after getting selected on the post of government job station master. Now he has been selected for the post of Station Master in Railways, through online platform while doing government job and offline coaching will be provided free of cost to the children whenever there is time.
Educationist Hansraj Raghav’s son Late Amar Singh says that in today’s era education is so expensive that poor families are unable to bear the expenses of their children’s education. Many families forcefully stop their children’s education and put them to work. No child’s education should be affected due to lack of money, so he wants to continue teaching such children for the rest of his life.
Children can get a lot of facilities if the free library gets better funds
Educationist Hansraj Raghav told that when he opened the library in the village, he had to face many challenges. Funds were also lacking, lack of free WiFi, books were not according to the course, lack of building repair maintenance, cameras are also closed.
He has appealed to the leaders and social people for cooperation so that the library can be made even better and the children will be able to build the personality of their bright future along with the knowledge of free education. Hansraj Raghav has appealed for cooperation from the administration in the government so that through digital education of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the children in every village can be developed and the children of the villages can also get better education on the urban lines.
