नवीन गोयल ने बताया कि एनसीआर क्षेत्र में हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम व फरीदाबाद अहम जिले हैं। यहां हरियाणा समेत देश के अन्य राज्यों से लोग आकर नौकरियां करते हैं। यहां महिलाओं को सुरक्षित आवास की सुविधा देने के लिए सरकार ने गुरुग्राम व फरीदाबाद में कामकाजी महिलाओं के लिए हॉस्टल बनाने की घोषणा की है। इससे यहां महिलाओं को काफी लाभ होगा।
सोनीपत के गन्नौर में सरकारी महिला कालेज और पलवल में नर्सिंग कालेज के साथ मेडिकल कालेज खोलने की घोषणा के साथ ही सरकार ने बेटियों, महिलाओं को महिला दिवस का तोहफा दिया है। औद्योगिक स्वच्छता के उद्देश्य से सोनीपत और पानीपत में औद्योगिक स्वच्छता प्रयोगशालाएं खोलने का निर्णय सरकार ने लिया है। बच्चों पर भी सरकार ने विशेष फोकस किया है।
इसके लिए सरकार ने गुरुग्राम, मानेसर, फरीदाबाद और पानीपत में बाल श्रम पुनर्वास केंद्र खोलने का निर्णय लिया है। पर्यावरण में सुधार के लिए अरावली की पहाडिय़ों में जल संरक्षण किया जाएगा। इसके लिए चैक डैम बनाए जाएंगे।
हरियाली बढ़ाने, हरियाली बरकरार रखने के लिए यह काफी लाभकारी सिद्ध होंगे। नवीन गोयल ने कहा कि गुरुग्राम और नूंह जिलों में पीने के लिए पानी के लिए 200 क्यूसिक क्षमता क्षमता की मेवात फीडर नहर का भी निर्माण करने का निर्णय इस बजट में लिया गया है।
