मारुति सुजुकी के 40 साल के सफर को पूरा करने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जापान और भारत के संबंध 70 साल पुराने हैं, वे कामना करते हैं कि ये संबंध प्रगाढ़ हों और हमेशा आगे बढ़ते रहें। मुख्यमंत्री सोनीपत के खरखौदा में स्थित इंडस्ट्रियल मॉडल टाउनशिप (आईएमटी) में स्थापित किए जाने वाले मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड (एमएसआईएल) और सुजुकी मोटरसाइकिल इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्लांट के लिए भूमि के आवंटन को लेकर आयोजित समझौता हस्ताक्षर कार्यक्रम में बोल रहे थे।
यह समझौता हरियाणा स्टेट इंडस्ट्रियल एंड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट कॉर्पाेरेशन (एचएसआईआईडीसी) और मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड (एमएसआईएल)/सुजुकी मोटरसाइकिल इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बीच हुआ। खरखौदा में क्रमशः 800 एकड़ और 100 एकड़ भूमि पर मारुति कार तथा सुजुकि मोटर साइकिल के नए प्लांट स्थापित किए जाने हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम एतिहासिक है, वे यह नहीं कहेंगे कि आज एक नया इतिहास बन गया है बल्कि यह कहेंगे कि 40 साल बाद इतिहास ने खुद को दोहराया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि 40 साल पहले भी एक एमओयू हुआ था जिसने हरियाणा के विकास की तस्वीर और तकदीर को बदलने में बड़ी भूमिका निभाई और आज एक नया समझौता हुआ जिसमें 900 एकड़ जमीन हरियाणा राज्य औद्योगिक अवसंरचना विकास निगम के माध्यम से अधिकृत किया गया और इस जमीन को आज मारुति सुजुकी को हेंडओवर किया गया।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज के कार्यक्रम में 2400 करोड़ रुपए एचएसआईआईडीसी के माध्यम से हरियाणा को दिया गया है। हरियाणा के इतिहास में पहली बार इतना बड़ा ट्रांजेक्शन हुआ है। यह समझौता हरियाणा में विकास की नई पटकथा लिखेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्लांट के स्थापित होने से 13 हजार लोगों को रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे। प्लांट के लिए 2400 करोड़ की जमीन ली गई है तथा 20 हजार करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा का इन्वेस्टमेंट किया जाना है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मारुति के कारण गुरुग्राम विकसित हुआ। इनके कारण से गुरुग्राम के अंदर ऑटोमोबाइल इंडस्ट्री का इजाफा हुआ, कई कंपनियां यहां आई। अन्य इंडस्ट्री ने भी गुरुग्राम की आर्थिक प्रगति में अहम भूमिका निभाई। मुख्यमंत्री ने मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड के चेयरमैन श्री आरसी भार्गव से निवेदन किया कि मारुति का कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस अभी तक दिल्ली में है, इसे भी हरियाणा शिफ्ट किया जाए।
श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि हमने इंडस्ट्री को सभी प्रकार की सुविधाएं दी हैं। हमने सर्विसेज के लिए भी सुविधाएं देनी शुरू की हैं। चाहे एजुकेशन, हेल्थ अथवा आईटी से जुड़ी सर्विसेज हो, सभी को बुनियादी सुविधाएं दी जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम उद्योग के नाते लगातार आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। जो भी सहायता चाहिए, पॉलिसी में जो भी बदलाव चाहिए, हम सब करने को तैयार हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आपकी डिमांड और सुझाव के हिसाब से हम आगे बढ़ेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि खरखौदा नया विकसित होता हुआ क्षेत्र है। यह एयरपोर्ट से 65 किलोमीटर दूर, रेलवे स्टेशन और एनएच से 18 किमी दूर है तथा केएमपी से भी इसका लिंक है।
यहां मारुति जैसी बड़ी कंपनियों के निवेश करने से औद्योगिक माहौल को सकारात्मक बल मिला है। आने वाले दिनों में यह क्षेत्र औद्योगिक हब बनकर उभरेगा और इससे क्षेत्र के विकास का पहिया तेजी से घूमेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा हिसार के एयरपोर्ट को भी विकसित किया जा रहा है।
हिसार पुराना औद्योगिक नगर है। परंपरागत इंडस्ट्री के साथ-साथ नई इंडस्ट्री बनाई जा रही हैं जैसे कि हिसार में बल्क ड्रग पार्क, डिफेंस से जुड़े प्रोडक्शन इत्यादि को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है।
हरियाणा में और विकसित होगी मारूतिः दुष्यंत चौटाला
हरियाणा के उप मुख्यमंत्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने कहा कि हरियाणा और मारूति का रिश्ता बहुत पुराना है। 40 साल पहले उन्होंने हरियाणा से निर्माण शुरू किया था। 1977 में प्लांट की नींव रखी गई, 45 साल से 5 दशक पुराना रिश्ता है। भविष्य में मारूति हरियाणा में और विकसित होगी।
जब गुरुग्राम में पहली बार मारूति ने प्लॉट लगाया तो यह ग्रामीण क्षेत्र था लेकिन इसके बाद तरक्की हुई और आज गुरुग्राम इंडस्ट्रियल हब है। इसी तरह मानेसर में भी मारूति के आने के बाद औद्योगिक विकास हुआ, भविष्य में खरखौदा का भी ऐसे ही विकास होगा।
दुष्यंत चौटाला ने कहा कि हरियाणा में उद्योगों के लिए बेहतर माहौल है। आज प्रदेश का 57 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र एनसीआर से जुड़ा हुआ है। इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट, रोड, रेल आदि यातायात के साधनों की बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी है। केंद्र सरकार और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के सहयोग से लगातार नए उद्योग हरियाणा में आ रहे हैं। आज स्थिति ये है कि जापान से कोई गुरुग्राम, मानेसर, खरखौदा आता है तो उसे बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी मिलती है।
हैलीकॉप्टर से लेकर कार तक में कुछ ही समय में दूरी तय की जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में लगातार बड़े उद्योग निवेश कर रहे हैं। पिछले दिनों आदित्य बिरला ग्रुप ने पानीपत में पेंट प्लांट लगाने का एमओयू साइन किया है। आईएमटी सोहना में बैटरी बनाने का प्लांट लगाया जाएगा। फ्लिपकार्ट मानेसर में सबसे बड़ा वेयरहाउस लगाने जा रहा है। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि निवेशक हरियाणा में आएं, निवेश करें और आगे बढ़ें।
’मारूति हरियाणा में पैदा हुई और आगे बढ़ीः आरसी भार्गव’
मारूति सुजुकी इंडिया के चेयरमैन आरसी भार्गव ने कहा कि मारूति हरियाणा में पैदा हुई और आगे बढ़ रही है। इस कंपनी ने लाखों लोगों को रोजगार दिया है और कार मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग में सफलता हासिल की है। मारूति ने भारत और जापान के रिश्तों को मजबूत किया है।
मारूति सुजुकी ने साबित किया है कि सरकार के साथ तालमेल से काम करने से कंपनी को लाभ होता है। हम लगातार गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने खरखौदा प्लांट के लिए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल व उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री दुष्यंत चौटाला का आभार जताया।
मारूति सुजुकी के कार्यकारी वाइस-चेयरमैन केनिची आयुकावा ने कहा कि मारूति और हरियाणा का मजबूत रिश्ता है। 40 साल से हरियाणा में कार्यरत हैं और हरियाणा के युवा मारूति कि ड्राइविंग फोर्स है। हमारी कोशिश है कि आने वाले दिनों में हरियाणा कार मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग में पहले नंबर पर पहुंचे।
इस दौरान आईएमटी खरखौदा में पहला प्लॉट आवंटित करवाने वाले ईशान अग्रवाल को सम्मानित किया गया। इसके साथ-साथ मारूति सुजुकी इंडिया के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री हिसाशी ताकेयूची और सुजुकी मोटरसाइकिल इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक श्री यशुहीदे कामो के साथ एचएसआईआईडीसी के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री विकास गुप्ता ने प्लांट के भूमि आवंटन का एमओयू आदान-प्रदान किया।
इसके अलावा सुजुकी इंडिया मोटरसाइकिल व मारूति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड ने खरखौदा में लगने वाले प्लांट की भूमि आवंटन की आनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन का कन्फर्मेशन चैक भी सौंपा।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के अलावा उपमुख्यमंत्री दुष्यंत चौटाला, मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड के चेयरमैन आरसी भार्गव, मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड के एग्जीक्यूटिव वाइस चेयरमैन केनिची आयुकावा, मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर और सीईओ हिसाशी टैक्योची मौजूद रहे।

New plants for Maruti cars and Suzuki motorcycles are to be set up on 800 acres and 100 acres of land respectively at Kharkhoda.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that this program is historical, he would not say that a new history has been created today, but would say that history has repeated itself after 40 years.
He said that even 40 years ago an MoU was signed which played a major role in changing the picture and destiny of Haryana and today a new agreement was signed in which 900 acres of land was authorized through Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation and this land was handed over to Maruti Suzuki today.
He said that in today’s program Rs 2400 crore has been given to Haryana through HSIIDC. For the first time in the history of Haryana, such a big transaction has taken place. This agreement will write a new script of development in Haryana.
He said that with the establishment of the plant, 13 thousand people will get employment opportunities. Land worth Rs 2,400 crore has been taken for the plant and an investment of more than Rs 20,000 crore is to be made.
The Chief Minister said that Gurugram developed because of Maruti. Because of these, the automobile industry grew inside Gurugram, many companies came here. Other industries also played an important role in the economic progress of Gurugram. The Chief Minister requested Mr. RC Bhargava, Chairman, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, that the corporate office of Maruti, which is still in Delhi, should also be shifted to Haryana.
Shri Manohar Lal said that we have given all kinds of facilities to the industry. We have also started providing facilities for services. The Chief Minister said that Kharkhoda is a newly developing area. It is 65 km away from airport, 18 km away from railway station and NH and also has KMP link.

Maruti will develop further in Haryana: Dushyant Chautala
Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that the relation between Haryana and Maruti is very old. 40 years back they started manufacturing from Haryana.
