Viral Sach – गुरूग्राम की Mayor Madhu Azad ने वीरवार को सैक्टर-42 स्थित नगर निगम कार्यालय में प्रोजैक्ट परिवर्तन के तहत आयोजित विशेष कैंप का शुभारंभ किया।
उनके साथ नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहुजा व अतिरिक्त आयुक्त डा. वैशाली शर्मा उपस्थित रहे। कैंप में 100 व्यक्तियों ने ई-थ्री व्हीलर के लिए अपना पंजीकरण करवाया।
इस अवसर पर मेयर ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार की महत्वकांक्षी योजना ई-परिवर्तन के तहत नगर निगम गुरूग्राम, जिला प्रशासन गुरूग्राम, ट्रैफिक पुलिस गुरूग्राम व यातायात विभाग गुरूग्राम द्वारा पुराने डीजल-पैट्रोल थ्री-व्हीलर को इलैक्ट्रोनिक थ्री व्हीलर में बदलने के लिए तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है।
इसके तहत प्रथम चरण में नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के आदेशों की पालना में 10 वर्ष पुराने डीजल थ्री-व्हीलर को ई-थ्री व्हीलर में बदलने के लिए सैक्टर-42 स्थित नगर निगम कार्यालय में विशेष कैंप का आयोजन किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वीरवार को प्रोजैक्ट ई-परिवर्तन की वैबसाईट को भी लांच किया गया है तथा सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के माध्यम से नागरिकों को पूरी सहायता एवं जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रोजैक्ट ई-परिवर्तन के तहत हैल्पलाईन नंबर 9821395225 पर संपर्क करके पूरी जानकारी एवं सहायता प्राप्त की जा सकती है। मेयर ने घोषणा की कि नगर निगम गुरूग्राम द्वारा तीन स्थानों पर स्थापित चार्जिंग स्टेशनों पर नि:शुल्क चार्जिंग की व्यवस्था की गई है।
ये चार्जिंग स्टेशन सैक्टर-42 निगम कार्यालय, सैक्टर-29 फायर स्टेशन तथा सैक्टर-27 सामुदायिक केन्द्र में स्थापित किए हुए हैं। मेयर ने अधिकारियों के साथ ई-थ्री व्हीलर की सवारी भी की।
नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहुजा ने कहा कि एनजीटी द्वारा गुरूग्राम सहित दिल्ली-एनसीआर क्षेत्र में 10 वर्ष पुराने डीजल वाहनों तथा 15 वर्ष पुराने पैट्रोल वाहनों को 1 अप्रैल से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया गया है।
प्रोजैक्ट ई-परिवर्तन के तहत गुरूग्राम में पुराने डीजल ऑटो को ई-ऑटो में बदलने की दिशा में तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है। ई-वाहन पर भारत सरकार की फेम-2 योजना के तहत सबसिडी दी जा रही है तथा पुराने ऑटो को अधिकृत स्क्रैप डीलर से स्क्रैप करवाने पर नगर निगम गुरूग्राम द्वारा भी 30 हजार रूपए की सबसिडी दी जा रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि ई-ऑटो निर्माता कंपनियों द्वारा भी 31 मार्च तक प्रत्येक ई-ऑटो पर 20 हजार रूपए का डिस्काऊंट दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने ई-व्हीकल को अपनाने का आह्वान किया तथा कहा कि पर्यावरण प्रदूषण को कम करने में ई-व्हीकल का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है तथा आने वाला समय भी ई-व्हीकल का ही है।
कैंप में सुप्रीम स्मार्ट पावर कंपनी का ई-थ्री व्हीलर ऑटो चालकों के लिए आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा। इसके अलावा, जिंगो, सारथी, शिघन, जांगिड़, बैक्सी, कायनेटिक ग्रीन, नन्दी, पियाज्यो, गोल्डन व स्मार्ट-ई के स्टॉल का ऑटो चालकों ने अवलोकन किया। कैंप में जिकु मोटर्स के स्टॉल पर भी लोगों ने जानकारी ली।
यह कंपनी पुरानी गाडिय़ों को ई-व्हीकल में बदलने का कार्य करती है। कैंप में मारूति सुजुकी टोयोत्सु व महिन्द्रा के स्क्रैप डीलर तथा चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने वाली कंपनियों के स्टॉल भी लगाए गए।
कैंप में लीड बैंक मैनेजर प्रहलाद राय गोदारा के नेतृत्व में आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, सर्व हरियाणा ग्रामीण बैंक, जेएंडके बैंक, केनरा बैंक, एचडीएफसी बैंक, यूनियन बैंक, एक्सिस बैंक, पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, यूको बैंक, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, सैंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, कर्नाटका बैंक, इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे तथा ई-ऑटो पर दी जाने वाली लोन सुविधा के बारे में ऑटो चालकों को जानकारी दी।
