Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम : शहर के रेजीडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (RWA) के अधिकारों को वापस दिलाने की मांग पर विधायक ने सिफारिश की है। नगर निगम आयुक्त को पत्र लिखकर उन्होंने इस विषय पर सकारात्मक पहल करने की बात कही है।
विधायक सुधीर सिंगला की ओर से लिखे गये पत्र में कहा गया है कि शहर के आरडब्ल्यूए के पदाधिकारियों ने उसने मुलाकात की थी। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा था कि उन्हें अपने क्षेत्रों में होने वाले कार्यों की कोई जानकारी नहीं मिलती। उनके अधिकारियों को खत्म कर दिया गया है। विधायक ने कहा है कि आरडब्ल्यूए अपने क्षेत्रों के लोगों द्वारा चयनित वैधानिक संस्था है।
आरडब्ल्यूए के अधिकार नियमों के साथ विधान द्वारा प्राप्त हैं। कुछ समय पहले बदले गये नियमों के कारण आरडब्ल्यूए इलाकों में विकास कार्यों में अनियमितता भी बढ़ रही है।
जो एक ईमानदार समाज के नियमों के विरुद्ध है। सभी पहलुओं को देखते हुए जल्द से जल्द आरडब्ल्यूए की इस समस्या का समाधान किया जाए और आरडब्ल्यूए के अधिकार वापस किये जायें। उन्होंने कहा है कि जो भी आरडब्ल्यूए प्रभावशाली तरीके से काम कर रही हैं, उन्हें कम्युनिटी सेंटर व पार्कों के रखरखाव का जिम्मा दे दिया जाए।
यह थी आरडब्ल्यूए की मांग :-
विधायक को ज्ञापन देने पहुंचे सेक्टर-10ए आरडब्ल्यूए के अध्यक्ष कमांडर उदय वीर सिंह, सेक्टर-9 के अध्यक्ष प्रशांत चौहान, आरडी सिटी के अध्यक्ष प्रवीण यादव, योगिता कटारिया व भाजपा अनुसूचित मोर्चा जिला उपाध्यक्ष टिंकू कुमार वर्मा ने विधायक को मांग पत्र देकर कहा था कि शहर में पार्कों और कम्युनिटी सेंटर का आरडब्ल्यूए रखरखाव करती थी। बाद में इन्हें वार्ड कमेटी बनाकर उन्हें सौंप दिया गया। इसमें सीधे पार्षदों की भूमिका है। आरडब्ल्यूए नाम मात्र के रह गये हैं।
उनकी शक्तियों को खत्म कर दिया गया है। आरडब्ल्यूए की कहीं भी सुनवाई नहीं हो रही। सामाजिक कार्यों में प्रशासन भी आरडब्ल्यूए को आगे रखता है तो फिर उनसे पार्क व कम्युनिटी सेंटर के रखरखाव का अधिकार क्यों छीना गया। वार्ड कमेटी की ओर से किसी भी काम में आरडब्ल्यूए को नहीं पूछा जाता। वार्ड कमेटी में सदस्य आरडब्ल्यूए के खिलाफ रहते हैं। आरडब्ल्यूए को जनता चुनकर भेजती है, इसलिए उन्हें धरातल का अधिक ज्ञान रहता है।
