गुरुग्राम। व्यापार प्रकोष्ठ भाजपा, हरियाणा के प्रदेश संयोजक Naveen Goyal ने मंगलवार को संसद में पेश हुए बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया में कहा कि तीसरी बार बनीं मोदी सरकार का पहला आम बजट में देश के विकास को पंख लगाने का काम करेगा। बजट को हर वर्ग को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार किया गया है। गरीब, महिला, युवा, अन्नदाता को यह बजट समर्पित है।
अंतरिम बजट में की गई घोषणाओं को इस आम बजट में शामिल करके सरकार ने देशहित में काम किया है। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना को 5 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया है, जिससे 80 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों को लाभ होगा। यह निर्णय सराहनीय है।
उन्होंने कहा कि एक करोड़ घरों को प्रति माह 300 यूनिट तक मुफ्त बिजली प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाने के लिए रूफटॉप सोलर प्लांट लगाने के लिए पीएम सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया है। जो कि देश में बिजली पर निर्भरता कम करेगा। इस योजना में 1.28 करोड़ से अधिक पंजीकरण भी हो चुके हैं।
जनसंख्या में हो रही बढ़ोतरी को ध्यान में रखते हुए पीएमजीएसवाई के लिए पात्र बने 25,000 ग्रामीण बसावटों के लिए सडक़ संपर्क उपलब्ध कराने के लिए पीएमजीएसवाई का चरण-4 शुरू होगा। इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी और अधिक मजबूत होगा।

कैनविन फाउंउेशन के संस्थापक एवं एनजीओ प्रकोष्ठ भाजपा के प्रदेश सह-संयोजक डा. डी.पी. गोयल ने कहा कि बजट में कैंसर रोगियों को राहत प्रदान करने के लिए तीन और दवाइयों को सीमा शुल्क से पूर्ण छूट दी गई है। एक्स-रे ट्यूबों, फ्लैट पैनल डिटेक्टरों पर बीसीडी में बदलाव करके इन्हें स्वदेशी क्षमता में बढ़ोतरी के अनुसार बनाया जा सके, इस पर काम किया जा रहा है।
ईपीएफओ में पंजीकृत पहली बार रोजगार पाने वाले कर्मचारियों को एक महीने के वेतन का दिया जाएगा। इस योजना से 210 लाख युवाओं को लाभ होने की उम्मीद है। सरकार सहकारी क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय सहकारी नीति लाएगी। इस नीति का लक्ष्य ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था के विकास में तेजी लाना और बड़े पैमाने पर रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजन करना होगा।
सरकार का यह निर्णय भी देश में सराहा जा रहा है। अगले दो वर्षों में पूरे देश में एक करोड़ किसानों को प्राकृतिक कृषि के लिए सहायता दी जाएगी, जिसमें प्रमाण-पत्र और ब्रांडिंग व्यवस्था भी शामिल होगी। इसका कार्यान्वयन वैज्ञानिक संस्थाओं और इच्छुक ग्राम पंचायतों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। किसानों के लिए यह योजना लाभकारी रहेगी।
