गुरुग्राम। Naveen Goyal – व्यापार प्रकोष्ठ भाजपा, हरियाणा के प्रदेश संयोजक नवीन गोयल ने प्रदेश सरकार के उस निर्णय का सराहना की है, जिसमें स्टिल्ट पार्किंग के साथ चौथी मंजिल के निर्माण को हरी झंडी दी गई है। सरकार ने गुरुग्राम के लाखों लोगों को यह बड़ी राहत दी है। हर वर्ग सरकार के इस निर्णय की सराहना कर रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण और नगर एवं आयोजना विभाग ने 21 फरवरी 2023 को स्टिल्ट पार्किंग के साथ चार मंजिला भवनों के निर्माण पर रोक लगा दी। लोगों ने रोक के बावजूद भी काफी निर्माण कर लिए थे। बिल्डर्स व लोगों की मांग पर सरकार की ओर से एक्सपर्ट कमेटी बनाई गई।
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल और वर्तमान में मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी लगातार इस विषय पर विचार कर रहे थे। इसके लिए एक्सपर्ट कमेटी बनाई गई। कमेटी की ओर से सरकार को सकारात्मक रिपोर्ट पेश करते हुए सेक्टर व कालोनियों में चार मंजिला भवनों के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी। इसी के साथ ही सरकार ने अब उस रोक को हटा कर चार मंजिल भवन बनाने की हरी झंडी दे दी है।
स्टिल्ट पार्किंग पर रोक को भी हटाकर पार्किंग बनाने की अनुमति दे दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि साढ़े 9 साल तक पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने जनहित में निर्णय लिए। अब मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी भी जनहित में लगातार कार्य कर रहे हैं। उनकी ओर से की जाने वाली हर घोषणा में प्रदेश के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक का लाभ होता है। निष्पक्षता से काम करते हुए सरकार की ओर से चार मंजिला भवनों के निर्माण को मंजूरी देना ऐतिहासिक फैसला है।
