उन्होंने स्वामी विवेकानंद के वक्तव्य को सांझा करते हुए कहा कि अगर सफल होना चाहते हो तो पहले अहं का नाश करो। इसलिए हम सबको अहं से दूर रहना चाहिए। यहां स्वामी विवेकानंद को श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम में क्षेत्र के काफी मौजिज लोग मौजूद रहे।

नवीन गोयल ने कहा कि स्वामी विवेकानंद और भगत सिंह उनके आदर्श हैं। युवाओं से अपनी अपील में उन्होंने कहा कि वे शोषितों, वंचितों की सेवा को आगे आएं। उन्हें खुद को भी समाज में इन दो वर्गों के लिए काम करके खुशी मिलती है।
नवीन गोयल के मुताबिक, स्वामी विवेकानंद ने युवाओं को दिए अपने संदेश में कहा था कि तुम उठो, चलो और लड़े। अगर तुम कामयाब हो गए तो उदाहरण बनोगे। अगर कामयाब नहीं हो पाए तो तुम्हें अनुभव प्राप्त होगा। उन्होंने भारत को अध्यात्म से जोड़ा।
स्वामी विवोकानंद के विचारों ने युवाओं को काफी प्रेरित किया है। नवीन गोयल के मुताबिक स्वामी विवेकानंद ने युवाओं से कहा था कि जब तक आप स्वयं पर विश्वास नहीं कर पाते हैं, तब तक आप भगवान पर भी विश्वास नहीं कर सकते हैं। एक समय में एक ही काम को करना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा था कि स्वयं को कमजोर समझना और कठिन परिस्थिति से लडऩे से पहले ही हार मान लेना पाप है।
