Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम, भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष Om Parkash Dhankar ने मंगलवार को हरियाणा विधानसभा में प्रस्तुत बजट को समृद्ध, समर्थ और स्वस्थ हरियाणा की तस्वीर करार दिया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल द्वारा वित्त मंत्री के रूप में पहले से ही मजबूत हरियाणा को और मजबूत करने की एक ईमानदार कोशिश की गई है। प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पार्टी कार्यालय में कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ बजट कार्यवाही को लाइव देखने के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे।
उन्होंने इस बार के बजट को कर मुक्त मनोहारी बजट बताते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश के हर क्षेत्र और हर वर्ग का ध्यान रखा गया है। पिछली बार के मुकाबले इस वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए 15.6 प्रतिशत अधिक एक लाख 77 हजार 255.99 करोड़ रुपये का बजट पेश करना बताता है कि भाजपा के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश लगातार तरक्की कर रहा है।
सुषमा स्वराज पुरस्कार घोषणा को मनोहर सरकार द्वारा महिला दिवस पर महिलाओं के दिया गया तोहफा बताते हुए धनखड़ ने कहा कि खेल और राजनीति में प्रदेश का नाम रोशन करने वाली महिलाओं के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने सुषमा स्वराज राज्यस्तरीय पुरस्कार के तहत पांच लाख रुपये की राशि की घोषणा कर न केवल प्रदेश की समस्त नारी शक्ति को सम्मान दिया है बल्कि इससे सुषमा स्वराज के महान कार्यों को भी नमन किया गया है।
धनखड़ ने व्यापार के लिए महिलाओं को तीन लाख तक का लोन दिए जाने, फरीदाबाद, गुरुग्राम और पंचकूला में हॉस्टल बनाए जाने, तथा भिवानी और सोनीपत में तीन नए कॉलेज खोले जाने, 1000 महिला कांस्टेबल की भर्ती, पुलिस कर्मचारियों के लिए 2000 नए रिहायशी आवास बनाने के निर्णय को भी बेहतर बताया।
भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि पिछली सरकारों ने कभी भी गांवों की तरफ ध्यान नहीं दिया, लेकिन मनोहर सरकार ने इस बार भी 10 हजार से अधिक जनसंख्या वाले गांवों में शहर की तर्ज पर स्ट्रीट लाइट्स तथा सीवरेज व्यवस्था दिए जाने का फैसला लिया है, इससे निश्चित ही गांवों का विकास तेजी से होगा।
खेल के लिए 540 करोड़ रूपए आवंटन को एतिहासिक बताते हुए भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा खुले मन से खिलाड़ियों के विकास और उनके प्रशिक्षण के बारे में सोचा जा रहा है। प्रदेश में 1100 नई खेल नर्सरियां खोलने का निर्णय सरकार की खेलों के प्रति रूचि का उदाहरण है।
ओमप्रकाश धनखड़ ने स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के लिए निर्धारित 8925.52 करोड़ रुपये के बजट को सरकार की बड़ी कोशिश बताते हुए कहा कि इससे प्रदेश की स्वास्थ्य संबंधी सेवाओं को बढ़ाया जा सकेगा। सभी जिला नागरिक अस्पतालों में वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। धनखड़ ने कहा कि हर जिले में एक सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज खोलने, नए नर्सिंग कॉलेज खोलने से प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में क्रांतिकारी और जीवनदायिनी बदलाव आएंगे।
शिक्षा के लिए उठाए गए कदमों की सराहना करते हुए धनखड़ ने कहा कि शिक्षा पर 20250.70 करोड़ खर्च कर सरकार शिक्षा के ढांचे में सुधारात्मक बदलाव लाना चाहती है। धनखड़ ने बताया कि कॉलेजों, औद्योगिक शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, नर्सिंग कॉलेजों के लिए राज्य की लड़कियों को परिवहन सुविधा दी जाएगी। इसके लिए साथी सुरक्षित एवंम सुलभ हरियाणा पहल योजना शुरू की, अप्रैल 2023 से शुरू हो जाएगी।
वर्ष में दो बार विद्यार्थियों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की जाएगी। संस्कृति मॉडल स्कूल की संख्या 138 से बढ़ाकर 500 की गई है। पांचवीं से कंप्यूटर शिक्षा प्रदान की जाएगी। धनखड़ ने कहा कि ये सारे कदम शिक्षा के ढांचे को सुधारने के लिए जरूरी है।
वर्ष 2022-23 में अंत्योदय योजना में दो लाख परिवारों को कवर किए जाने और हरियाणा एग्रीकल्चर मार्केटिंग बोर्ड को ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सड़कों के निर्माण के लिए 200 करोड़ रुपये प्रदान किए जाने, भिवानी में क्षेत्रीय अनुसंधान केंद्र बाजरे की मांग काे पूरा करने के लिए 50 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किये जाने बाजरे और अन्य फसलों में अनुसंधान के लिए भिवानी में क्षेत्रीय अनुसंधान केंद्र स्थापित किया जाने का भी धनखड़ ने स्वागत किया।
कार्यकर्ताओं से पूछी बजट की खासियत
वैसे तो प्रदेश के हर जिले में भाजपा द्वारा पार्टी कार्यालय में कार्यकर्ताओं को बजट का सीधा प्रसारण देखने प्रबंध किए गए थे, लेकिन गुरुग्राम में स्थित पार्टी कार्यालय में बड़ी एलईडी पर बजट का सीधा प्रसारण देखने के लिए खुद प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश धनखड़ भी मौजूद रहे।
उन्होंने दो घंटे से भी अधिक समय तक मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा दिए गए बजट भाषण को कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ बैठकर सुना और फिर इस बजट पर ही कार्यकर्ताओं से चर्चा भी की।

Dhankhar informed that transport facility would be provided to the girls of the state for colleges, industrial educational institutions, nursing colleges. The health of the students will be checked twice a year. The number of Sanskriti model schools has been increased from 138 to 500. Computer education will be provided from fifth. Dhankhar said that all these steps are necessary to improve the structure of education.
