Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम : Illegal construction विकसित होने से रोकने व विभिन्न कॉलोनियों में अवैध निर्माण हटाने पर हुए खर्च की रिकवरी को लेकर मंगलवार को जिला टास्क फोर्स की बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त डा. यश गर्ग ने की।
उन्होंने बैठक में कहा कि जिला में सभी विभाग अवैध रूप से काटी जा रही कॉलोनियों अथवा अवैध कॉलोनियों में किए जा रहे निर्माण कार्य को शुरुआती स्तर पर ही रोक कर ऐसे व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ सख्ती से कार्रवाई करें।
आज की बैठक में सरस्वती कुंज में अवैध रूप से बन रहे नए मकानों के मामलों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई और यह निर्णय लिया गया कि सरस्वती कुंज में अवैध रूप से जो भी नए निर्माण कार्य चल रहे हैं, उनसे सख्ती से निपटा जाए। यदि आवश्यक हो तो पुलिस विभाग द्वारा ऐसे व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर भी दर्ज करवाई जाए।
इसके अलावा, डीएलएफ फेज-3 में नियमों के विरुद्ध जो भी अतिरिक्त फ्लोर के निर्माण कार्य किए गए हैं, उसके लिए टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग के अधिकारी ऐसे निर्माणों के भू-मालिकों को नोटिस जारी कर आगे की विभागीय कार्रवाई करवाना सुनिश्चित करें।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अब तक प्रशासनिक अमले द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए जो भी खर्च किया गया है, उसकी वसूली अतिक्रमण करने वाले व्यक्ति से की जाए।
डीटीपी एनफोर्समेंट आरएस भाट ने बैठक में बताया कि पिछले डेढ़ वर्ष के दौरान अतिक्रमण हटाने पर लगभग 35 लाख रुपए खर्च हुए हैं, जिसकी रिकवरी के लिए जिला राजस्व अधिकारी के माध्यम से नोटिस जारी किए जाएंगे।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि यदि वह व्यक्ति यह खर्च की राशि जमा नही करवाता है तो उसकी रिकवरी भूमि राजस्व के एरियर के तौर पर वसूली जाएगी और राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में उस प्रोपर्टी की लाल रंग से एंट्री दर्ज की जाए।

The Deputy Commissioner said that till now whatever expenditure has been incurred by the administrative staff to remove the encroachment, it should be recovered from the encroachment person.
DTP Enforcement RS Bhat told in the meeting that about Rs 35 lakh has been spent on removal of encroachments during the last one and a half years, for whose recovery notices will be issued through the District Revenue Officer.
The Deputy Commissioner said that if the person does not deposit the amount of this expenditure, then his recovery will be recovered as an arrear of land revenue and the entry of that property should be recorded in red color in the revenue record.
