इस मौके पर डीपी गोयल ने कहा कि बीमारियों से लड़कर लोगों को स्वस्थ जीवन देने को जिस तरह से कैनविन फाउंडेशन काम कर रही है। ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियां भी इसी का हिस्सा हैं। उनका प्रयास यही है कि लोगों की सेहत को दुरुस्त रखा जाए। ऑर्गेनिक खान-पान से यह संभव है।
सह-संस्थापक नवीन गोयल ने कहा कि आज हमारी थाली में शुद्धता नहीं हैं। शुद्धता मतलब हमारा खान-पान आज यूरिया, गंदे पानी में उगी हुई सब्जियां हम खा रहे हैं। जिस कारण हम बीमारियों से घिर रहे हैं।
आज हर तीसरे व्यक्ति को हार्ट, बीपी, शूगर की बीमारी है। किडनी और कैंसर जैसी भयानक बीमारियां भी तेजी से फैल रही हैं। इस कारण से हमारी उम्र भी घट रही है। पहले जहां लोग 100 साल को भी पार कर जाते थे, अब उम्र 50-60 तक रह गई है।
हमारी पीढिय़ां जंक फूड की तरफ ज्यादा आकर्षित हो रही है। इन सब बातों को देखते हुए ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियां की बिक्री को वे प्रमोट कर रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में रेवाड़ी में 7 एकड़ जमीन में ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियां उगाई गई हैं। एक साल तक खुद उपयोग करने के बाद उन्होंने इसे गुरुग्राम में बिक्री के लिए चयनित किया है।
जनता से उनकी अपील है कि रसायनिक को छोड़कर ऑर्गेनिक सब्जियां व अन्य खान-पान की चीजों को अपनाकर अपनी सेहत को दुरुस्त बनाएं। इस मौके पर भाजपा युवा नेता प्रवीण अग्रवाल, डॉक्टर मंगल, बाली शर्मा, कृष्ण, सतीश तायल, हरदीप गुप्ता, अशोक अग्रवाल, शरद चहल, विनय मंगल समेत सभी ने इस प्रयास को सराहा। लोगों से अपील भी की कि हमें ऑर्गेनिक फूड की अब शुरुआत करनी चाहिए।

कैनविन फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से ऑर्गेनिक सब्जी ऑन व्हील की शुरुआत करने वाले मुकेश के मुताबिक ऑर्गेनिक क्षेत्र में काम के लिए उन्हें राजीव दीक्षित और कैनविन फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक डीपी गोयल से प्रेरणा मिली।
उन्होंने कहा कि सब्जी हर घर की जरूरत है। इसलिए वे शुद्ध ही होनी चाहिए। यह सत्य है कि आज 80 फीसदी सब्जियां गंदे पानी और रयासनों के छिड़काव से पैदा की जा रही हैं। जो कि एक तरह से जहरीली हैं।
