Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम : गुरु पूर्णिमा के शुभ अवसर पर सभी नागरिकों को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं देते हुए श्री माता शीतला देवी मंदिर श्राइन बोर्ड के पूर्व सदस्य एवं आचार्य पुरोहित संघ गुरुग्राम के अध्यक्ष Pandit Amarchand Bhardwaj ने कहा कि गु का मतलब अंधकार से हटाने वाला और रु का मतलब प्रकाश की तरफ ले जाना अर्थात अंधकार से प्रकाश की तरफ ले जाने वाला ही गुरु होता।
गुरु एक बालक को शिक्षित एवं संस्कारवान नागरिक बनाने के कर्तव्य का पालन करता है। इसलिए सृष्टि के संचालन में गुरु की भूमिका को अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण माना गया है। एक सच्चा गुरु अपने शिष्यों के तमाम दुर्गुणों को दूर कर उसे गुणवान बनाता है।
पंडित अमर चंद ने कहा कि आदि गुरु सह वेदों के रचयिता महर्षि वेद-व्यास का अवतरण आषाढ़ पूर्णिमा के दिन ही हुआ था। उन्होंने सभी पुराणों की भी रचना की है। इसलिए इस पूर्णिमा को गुरु पूर्णिमा के रुप में मनाते हैं।
इस दिन अपने गुरु की पूजा की जाती है। इस साल आषाढ़ पूर्णिमा (गुरु पूर्णिमा) 24 जुलाई शनिवार को है। इस दिन सभी नागरिकों को अपने गुरु को सम्मान देना चाहिए। सनातन धर्म में पूर्णिमा तिथि के दिन गंगा स्नान व दान बेहद फलदायी माना गया है।
पंडित अमर चंद ने कहा कि संत कबीर दास ने भी गुरु की महिमा का अत्यंत ही मार्मिक वर्णन किया है। उन्होंने लिखा है कि गुरु गोविन्द दोऊ खड़े का के लागूं पाय, बलिहारी गुरु आपने गोविन्द दियो बताय अर्थात गुरु का स्थान ईश्वर से भी ऊंचा माना गया है।
स्वयं ईश्वर ने भी इसको वर्णित किया है। वेद शास्त्र में भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि गुरुर्ब्रह्मा ग्रुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः। गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः।। अर्थात गुरु ही विष्णु, महेश और पारब्रह्म परमेश्वर हैं। गुरु की महिमा है अगम, गाकर तरता शिष्य। गुरु कल का अनुमान कर, गढ़ता आज भविष्य।।

On this day our Guru is worshipped. This year Ashadha Purnima (Guru Purnima) is on Saturday 24th July. On this day all citizens should pay respect to their Guru. In Sanatan Dharma, Ganga bath and donation on the full moon day is considered very fruitful.
Pandit Amar Chand said that Saint Kabir Das has also given a very poignant description of the glory of the Guru. He has written that Guru Govind Dou Khade Ka Ke Lagoon Paya, Balihari Guru Aapne Govind Dio Bataya means that the place of Guru is considered higher than that of God.
God himself has also described it. It is also mentioned in Veda Shastra that Gururbrahma Gururvishnu: Gururdevo Maheshwarah. Guru: Sakshat Param Brahma Tasmai Shri Gurve Namah. That means Guru is Vishnu, Mahesh and Parbrahma Parmeshwar. The glory of the Guru is Agam, the disciple sways by singing. Guru predicts tomorrow, builds future today.
