पंकज डावर ने कहा कि अगर सरकार सरकारी अस्पतालों की सुविधा नहीं दे सकती है तो सरकार को इस तरह के कदम उठाने चाहिए और महामारी के दौरान होने वाले उपचार सभी निजी अस्पतालों में मुफ्त करने के आदेश देने चाहिए।
