पंकज डावर ने बताया कि हरियाणा में पेश किया बजट में खट्टर सरकार ने कृषि के बजट में की 0.28% की कटौती की है। परिवहन, सिविल एविएशन और सड़कों के बजट में भी 0.14% की कटौती, ग्रामीण विकास और पंचायत के बजट में 0.9% की हुई कटौती, शिक्षा के बजट में भी 0.3% की हुई कटौती, जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग के बजट में भी 0.21 प्रतिशत की हुई कटौती, प्रशासकीय सेवाओं के बजट में भी 1.38% की भारी कटौती।
पंकज डावर ने कहा कि इस सरकार में कृषि विभाग के बजट में 1222 करोड़ की भारी कटौती की गई है। विपक्ष के नेता एंव पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने विधानसभा में किसानों की कर्जमाफी की मांग की जिस पर इस किसान विरोधी सरकार ने साफ तौर पर किसानो की कर्जमाफी से इंकार कर दिया है जो दर्शाता है कि यह सरकार बिल्कुल भी किसानों के हित में कोई भी कार्य ना तो करती है और ना करना चाहती है।
पंकज डावर ने कहा कि जब प्रदेश में कांग्रेस सरकार के समय मुख्यमंत्री पद पर रहते हुए भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने लगभग 2200 करोड़ की कर्जमाफी करके किसानों को मजबूत किया था। कांग्रेस सरकार में 1600 करोड़ रुपये के बिजली बिल माफ करके प्रदेश की जनता को बड़ी राहत भी पहुंचाई गई थी।
