Viral Sach – Plastic Free Gurugram – गुरुग्राम को सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक एवं पॉलीथीन मुक्त स्वच्छ शहर बनाने की दिशा में नगर निगम गुरुग्राम लगातार कार्य कर रहा है।
इसी कड़ी में एक और कदम आगे बढ़ाते हुए सेक्टर-46 मार्किट को भी पॉलीथीन एवं सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक से मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में जागरूकता शुरू कर दी गयी है।
नगर निगम गुरुग्राम, बुलन्द आवाज वेल्फेयर सोसायटी, सेंटर फॉर साइट, भरोसा फाउंडेशन तथा सेक्टर-46 मार्किट एसोसिएशन के सयुंक्त तत्वावधान में मार्किट में एक विशेष जागरूकता अभियान की शुरुआत की गई।
स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण-2021 के तहत आयोजित इस पॉलीथीन फ्री जागरूकता अभियान में नगर निगम गुरुग्राम के सयुंक्त आयुक्त (स्वच्छ भारत मिशन) धीरज कुमार ने उपस्थित दुकानदारों एवं नागरिकों को पॉलीथीन एवं सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक से होने वाले दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में बताया।
साथ ही उन्होंने हरियाणा नॉन-बायोडिग्रेडेबल गार्बेज कंट्रोल एक्ट के बारे में भी जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए हमें पॉलीथीन एवं सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक का उपयोग पूर्ण रूप से बंद करना होगा।
सभी दुकानदार यह ठान ले कि वे अपनी दुकान में पॉलीथीन नहीं रखेंगे। साथ ही आने वाले ग्राहकों से कहें कि वे मार्किट में आते समय अपने साथ कपड़े या जूट का बैग लेकर आएं। जब हम पॉलीथीन की मांग ही नहीं करेंगे तो इसका इस्तेमाल स्वतः ही बन्द हो जाएगा तथा हमारा शहर स्वच्छ एवं सुंदर बनेगा और हम व हमारा परिवार स्वस्थ रहेगा।
कार्यक्रम में ऐसे दुकानदारों को स्वच्छता प्रहरी सम्मान से भी नवाजा गया, जिन्होंने प्लास्टिक फ्री गुरुग्राम अभियान में सहयोग किया है तथा स्वयं इस महत्वपूर्ण अभियान में आगे आए हैं। कार्यक्रम में वार्ड-29 के निगम पार्षद कुलदीप यादव, सफाई अधिकारी विजेंदर शर्मा, सफाई निरीक्षक हरीश मेहता, सेक्टर-46 मार्किट एसोसिएशन के प्रधान विक्रांत यादव, पवन यादव, गौरव सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने पॉलीथीन एवं सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक का उपयोग नहीं करने का आह्वान किया।
निगम पार्षद कुलदीप यादव ने कहा कि केवल सरकार व नगर निगम तकनीक के बल पर स्वच्छता का यह मुकाम हासिल नहीं कर सकते। इसमें नागरिकों की भागीदारी का होना बहुत ही जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक नागरिक स्वच्छता को अपनी नैतिक जिम्मेदारी माने तथा गुरुग्राम को अपना घर समझकर इसे साफ-सुथरा बनाने में अपना योगदान दे।
सिंगल यूज़ प्लास्टिक व पॉलीथीन का उपयोग बन्द करें तथा अपने घरों में गीला, सूखा व घरेलू हानिकारक कचरा अलग-अलग डस्टबिन में डालने की आदत बनाएं। श्रीमती जेनिथ चौधरी ने उपस्थित लोगों को अपील की वे अपने बच्चों के लिए कूड़े के ढ़ेर न छोड़ कर जाए इसीलिए आज से ही अपने गीले व सूखे कूड़े को अलग अलग करके गीले कूड़े से खाद व सूखे कूड़े को रीसाइकलर या कबाड़ी वाले को दे।
मार्किट एसोसिएशन के प्रधान विक्रम यादव व पवन यादव ने आश्वस्त किया कि वे इस मार्किट को पॉलीथीन फ्री मार्किट बनाकर एक मिसाल कायम करेंगे। कुलदीप हिन्दुस्तानी ने उपस्थित लोगों बताया कि मार्किट में अधिकतर दुकानदारों ने पॉलीथीन का उपयोग बन्द कर दिया है तथा जल्द ही यह पॉलीथीन मुक्त मार्किट बनेगी।
कार्यक्रम में गुरुकुल कल्पतरु व टीन्स ऑफ गॉड के बच्चों ने स्वच्छता पर आधारित नुक्कड़ नाटक का मंचन किया। इस मौके पर कपड़ा थैला बैंक की संचालिका श्रीमती सारिका, भरोसा फ़ाउंडेशन से सुमित सैनी, बिरजू नेगी, सेंटर फॉर साइट से दीपक खरवार, शैलेश बांदे, ऎको फ़ाउंडेशन से श्रीमती जेनिथ चौधरी, अनिल आहूजा, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अतुल बजाज, टीन्स ऑफ गॉड से आयुष जैन व उनकी संस्था के सदस्य व स्थानीय दुकानदार व लोग उपस्थित थे।
