बादशाहपुर के विधायक राकेश दौलताबाद ने बाबा साहब भीमराव अंबेडकर जयंती के अवसर पर इसके निर्माण कार्य का शिलान्यास किया। क्षेत्र के गणमान्य व्यक्तियों की मौजूदगी में विधायक ने बाबा साहब को नमन किया तथा संविधान निर्माण में उनकी भूमिका को याद किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा साहब के नाम से बने इस भवन के प्रथम तल के निर्माण कार्य का शिलान्यास आज कर दिया गया है तथा अधिकारियों व निर्माण करने वाली एजेंसी को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे निर्धारित समयावधि में निर्माण कार्य को पूरा करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने गुणवत्ता का भी विशेष ध्यान रखने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।
