Viral Sach : केंद्रीय मंत्री Rao Inderjit ने आज गुरुग्राम पहुँचकर गांव धर्मपुर व दौलताबाद की जलमग्न भूमि का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान गांवों के किसानों ने केंद्रीय मंत्री को बताया कि दिल्ली सीमा में बांध बनने के बाद वर्षों से उनकी भूमि पर जलभराव की समस्या निरंतर बनी हुई है जिसके चलते उपजाऊ भूमि होने के बावजूद वे वर्षों से अपनी जमीन पर खेती नहीं कर पा रहे।
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने किसानों की समस्या को सुनने के उपरांत मौके पर मौजूद जीएमडीए के अधिकारियों से जलभराव की समस्या के समाधान के लिए किए जा रहे उपायों की भी जानकारी मांगी।
जीएमडीए के मुख्य अभियंता राजेश बंसल ने केंद्रीय मंत्री को बताया कि दिल्ली सीमा में बांध बनने व नाले की छंटाई ना होने के चलते नाले में जल का प्रवाह काफी धीमा है। इस कारण नाले का पानी ओवरफ्लो होकर किसानों की भूमि पर भर रहा है।
श्री बंसल ने बताया जीएमडीए द्वारा दिल्ली बांध के साथ साथ हरियाणा की सीमा में भी ऐसा ही बांध तैयार करने की रूपरेखा तैयार की गई है। इस प्रोजेक्ट के पूरा होने के बाद जो भी पानी किसानों की भूमि पर खड़ा है उसे दोनों बांधो के बीच बनने वाले नाले में आसानी से छोड़ा जा सकेगा।
केंद्रीय मंत्री द्वारा इस प्रोजेक्ट के पूरा होने की समय सीमा के संबंध में पूछे गए सवाल पर उन्होंने बताया कि इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने में करीब दो साल का समय लगेगा।
जीएमडीए के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि करीब 50 एकड़ में सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट भी दौलताबाद के आसपास लगाने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है जिसे जल्द स्थापित किया जाएगा। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने सेक्टर 107 और आसपास की आरडब्ल्यूए से भी मुलाकात कर जलभराव से होने वाली समस्याओं उनकी अन्य समस्याओं को सुना।
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने दौलताबाद गांव के पूर्व सरपंच विरेंदर के निवास पर लोग समस्याएं सुनी उसके पश्चात जहाजगढ़ गांव में अमित यादव के निवास पर लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना।
इस दौरान किसानों ने राव से आग्रह किया कि जब तक उनकी जलमग्न भूमि की समस्या का कोई स्थायी समाधान ना हो तब तक उन्हें हरियाणा सरकार से प्रत्येक वर्ष जलभराव की एवज में मुआवजा राशि दिलवाई जाए।
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने किसानों को आश्वस्त किया कि वे स्वयं इस विषय में मुख्यमंत्री से बात कर समस्या के स्थायी समाधान पर चर्चा करने के साथ साथ किसानों की मुवावजे की मांग की भी पैरवी करेंगे।
केंद्रीय मंत्री के इस निरीक्षण दौरे में जीएमडीए के कार्यकारी अभियंता विकास मलिक सहित काफी संख्या में गांव धर्मपुर, दौलताबाद, माकडौला के किसान उपस्थित थे।

On the question asked by the Union Minister regarding the time limit for the completion of this project, he said that it will take about two years to complete this project.
GMDA officials said that the process of setting up a sewage treatment plant in about 50 acres around Daulatabad is also going on, which will be established soon. The Union Minister also met the RWAs of Sector 107 and surrounding areas and listened to their other problems related to water logging.
The Union Minister listened to the problems of the people at the residence of former Sarpanch Virender of Daulatabad village and then listened to the problems of the people at the residence of Amit Yadav in Jahajgarh village.
During this, the farmers urged Rao that until there is no permanent solution to the problem of their submerged land, they should be given compensation amount from the Haryana government every year in lieu of water-logging.
The Union Minister assured the farmers that he himself would talk to the Chief Minister in this regard and discuss a permanent solution to the problem, as well as advocate for the compensation demanded by the farmers.
