Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम : केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री Rao Inderjit सिंह ने विश्व हृदय दिवस के अवसर पर कहा कि गुरूग्राम देश के सबसे बड़े मैडिकल हब के रूप में उभरा है। इसमें जहां एक ओर सरकार की तरफ से स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं बढ़ाई जा रही हैं वहीं प्राइवेट अस्पतालों का भी काफी योगदान है।
उन्होंने नामी प्राइवेट अस्पतालों को नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि वह चिकित्सा के साथ-साथ शिकायतों में भी कमी लाएं ।उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड की दूसरी लहर के दौरान अनेक नामी अस्पतालों की शिकायतें आई थी महामारी में ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए। वे बुधवार को गुरूग्राम के सैक्टर – 44 स्थित फोर्टिस अस्पताल में हार्ट एण्ड वेस्कुलर इंस्टीट्यूट का उद्घाटन करने उपरांत संबोधित कर रहे थे।
राव ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ सालों में गुरूग्राम में जो इंडस्ट्री आई, हाॅस्पिटल खुले और विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों का आना हुआ , उससे गुरूग्राम स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में नाॅर्थ इंडिया का ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश का सबसे बड़ा मैडिकल हब बनकर सामने आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हालांकि केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार ने स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का दर्जा बढ़ाया है लेकिन प्राइवेट संस्थाओं ने भी लोगों को चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाकर इसमें योगदान दिया है।
सरकारी प्रयास और निजी संस्थाओं के योगदान की वजह से ही गुरूग्राम और हरियाणा आज स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में देश में शिखर पर है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने चिकित्सा सुविधाओं पर ध्यान दिया है, जिसके बारे में हमने पहले कभी नही सोचा। आयुष्मान भारत योजना इन में से एक है। उन्होंने आशा जताई कि राज्य सरकार और निजी अस्पतालों के संयुक्त रूप से काम करने से स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में और अधिक बेहतरी आएगी और इसका लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा।
केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि जब कोरोना महामारी आई तब पूरे विश्व में कोई भी इसका सामना करने के लिए तैयार नहीं था। इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की कमी महसूस की गई। ऐसे में सभी संस्थाओं द्वारा एकजुटता के साथ कार्य करते हुए लोगों तक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंचाई गई। हालांकि इस दौरान प्रदेश के कई जिलों से स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को लेकर लोगों की शिकायतें भी आई। उन्होंने निजी अस्पतालों को नसीहत देते हुए कहा कि वे प्रयास करें कि लोंगो को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं दे और शिकायतें कम से कम आए।
केंद्रीय मंत्री राव इन्द्रजीत सिंह ने कहा कि गुरूग्राम में अत्याधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं से युक्त नागरिक अस्पताल बनने जा रहा है। इस अस्पताल का निर्माण कार्य दो चरणों में होगा। इसके लिए साथ लगते राजकीय विद्यालय की जमीन ली गई है। यह अस्पताल बनने से गुरूग्रामवासियों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं मिलेंगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले दिनों इस विषय पर उनकी प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल से चर्चा हुई और उन्होंने सुझाव दिया है कि प्राथमिकता के आधार पर गुरुग्राम के सिविल अस्पताल का जल्द से जल्द निर्माण किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि उनका सुझाव है कि किसी नामी कंपनी को निर्माण का टेंडर देकर एक समय अवधि तय कर इसका निर्माण किया जाए ताकि मिसाल बन सके।
कार्यक्रम में फोर्टिस अस्पताल के सीईओ व एमडी आशुतोष रघुवंशी ने अपने विचार रखते हुए कहा कि आज विश्व हृदय दिवस मनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हम हृदय के ईलाज पर फोकस करते रहे हैं, लेकिन यह दिन इसलिए मनाया जाता है कि लोगों को हृदय रोग से बचाव के बारे में जागरूक किया जाए। कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के डा. टी एस क्लैन, क्षेत्रीय निदेशक डा. ऋतु गर्ग ने भी अपने विचार रखे।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त डा. यश गर्ग, सिविल सर्जन डा. विरेन्द्र यादव, उप सिविल सर्जन डा. अनुज गर्ग, एसीपी ट्रेफिक संजीव बल्हारा, फोर्टिस अस्पताल से डा. मनु कपिला, डा. अनिल विनायक सहित कई चिकित्सक उपस्थित थे।

The Union Minister said that when the Corona pandemic came, no one in the whole world was ready to face it. During this, lack of health facilities was felt. In such a situation, health facilities were provided to the people by all the organizations working together in solidarity. However, during this period, complaints of people regarding health facilities also came from many districts of the state. Giving advice to the private hospitals, he said that they should try to provide better health facilities to the people and minimize complaints.
Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh said that a civil hospital with state-of-the-art health facilities is going to be built in Gurugram. The construction work of this hospital will be done in two phases. For this, the land of the adjoining government school has been taken. With the construction of this hospital, the people of Gurugram will get better health facilities.
He said that he had a discussion on this topic with the Chief Minister of the state, Manohar Lal, and he has suggested that the Civil Hospital of Gurugram be constructed on priority basis at the earliest. He said that his suggestion is to give a tender for construction to a reputed company and fix a time period for its construction so that it can become an example.
Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, CEO and MD of Fortis Hospital, keeping his views in the program, said that World Heart Day is being celebrated today.
