गुरुग्राम। पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री एवं वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता Rao Narbir Singh ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। गुरुग्राम में जो भी अधिकारी भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त हैं और आम जनता को परेशान कर रहे हैं उनकी पूरी रिपोर्ट तैयार कर ली गई है तथा शीघ्र ही मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी से मुलाकात कर उनको घर का रास्ता दिखाया जाएगा। राव नरबीर सिंह अपने जनसंपर्क अभियान के तहत बादशाहपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांव खांडसा और सेक्टर-91 स्थित न्यू टाउन हाइट्स सोसायटी में आयोजित जनसभाओं को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
पूर्व मंत्री राव नरबीर सिंह ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार ने खर्ची और पर्ची दोनों खेल को बंद करने का काम किया है। प्रदेश में हजारों नौजवानों को नौकरियां दी गई है लेकिन कोई एक भी आकर यह नहीं कह सकता कि रिश्वत या सिफारिश से उसको नौकरी मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरुग्राम प्रदेश में सबसे ज्यादा रेवेन्यु देने का काम करता है और यहां की जनता ने लोकसभा चुनाव में भी भाजपा को भारी बहुमत से जिताने का काम किया।
बादशाहपुर की जनता ने भी हमेशा उनको अपने बेटे की तरह प्यार दिया है। जनता के इसी प्रेम और अहसान का बदला चुकाने के लिए यहां भ्रष्टाचारमुक्त शासन लाना आवश्यक है और राव नरबीर सिंह इसी बाबत प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को साफ तौर पर चेतावनी दी कि या तो वह खुद सुधर जाए और जनता की सुनवाई करनी शुरू करें वरना उनको सुधार दिया जाएगा।
दो तरह के नेताओं से डरते हैं अफसर :
राव नरबीर सिंह ने अपने भाषण के दौरान भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों को चेताते हुए कहा कि अधिकारी दो ही तरह के नेताओं से डरते हैं। एक वह नेता जो उसकी पोस्टिंग कराता है और दूसरा वह जो उसकी बदली करा सकता है। जब वह बादशाहपुर के विधायक थे तो अफसर को लाते भी वह थे और बदलवाने की ताकत भी वह खुद ही रखते थे। इसलिए अधिकारी आमजन और उनकी बात सबसे पहले सुनते थे। अब नुमाइंदों की कमजोरी के कारण अधिकारी बेलगाम हो रहे हैं, लेकिन जनता ने ताकत दी तो इन पर लगाम कस दी जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि आप लोग मुझे ताकत देने का काम करेंगे तो मैं आपकी दी हुई ताकत को हर स्तर पर बादशाहपुर का विकास कराने में इस्तेमाल करुंगा। मजबूत नुमाइंदा होगा तो जनता भी मजबूती से अपने काम करा सकेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने मंत्रीकाल में उन्होंने तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री मनोहरलाल खट्टर की बदौलत बादशापुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की तस्वीर बदलने का कार्य किया। तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री ने उनके किसी भी विकास कार्य की फाइल को नहीं रोका तथा जमकर कार्य कराए गए।
2014 से 2019 के बीच बदली थी तस्वीर :
राव नरबीर सिंह ने कहा कि पूर्व की सरकारों और भाजपा सरकार के काम की तुलना अगर की जाए तो दिन और रात का फर्क नजर आएगा। 2014 से पहले के गुरुग्राम और इसके बाद के गुरुग्राम की तस्वीर को देखकर साफ अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है कि यहां विकास किस स्तर पर कराया गया है। बादशाहपुर एलीवेटेड फ्लाईओवर और द्वारका एक्सप्रेस वे गुरुग्राम की तस्वीर बदलने वाले प्रोजेक्ट रहे हैं, जिनके लिए उन्होंने मंत्री रहते हुए प्रयास किए और इनको धरातल पर उतारा।
उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2014 में बादशाहपुर की जनता ने उनको विधायक बनाकर चंडीगढ़ भेजा और मनोहर कैबिनेट में उन्हें मंत्री बनाया गया। मंत्री बनने के बाद पांच सालों तक उन्होंने इलाके के विकास को लेकर हर वह संभव कदम उठाए जिससे यहां के लोगों का भला हो सके। ग्रामीण अंचल हो या फिर शहरी क्षेत्र सभी जगह सडक़ों का जाल बिछाया गया। शहर में इफको चौक, सिगनेचर टावर, महाराणा प्रताप चौक, राजीव चौक, हीरो होंडा चौक, आइएमटी मानेसर पर अंडरपास व ओवरब्रिज का निर्माण कराया गया।
गुरुग्राम बादशाहपुर क्षेत्र में 12 रूटों पर 114 लो फ्लोर बसें चलवाई गई। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास के कामों की सूची बहुत लंबी है लेकिन अभी यह पूर्ण नहीं हुई है। काकरोला में गुरुग्राम यूनिवर्सिटी का सपना पूरा हुआ लेकिन क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए जनता से इस बार भी मौका चाहिए। बादशाहपुर के लोग अगर मौका देंगे तो पूर्व की भांति फिर एक बार विकास के द्वार खुलेंगे। जो भी काम उनका कार्यकाल पूर्ण होने पर अधूरे रह गए थे उन सभी को पूरा कराया जाएगा।
