गुरुग्राम नगर निगम वार्ड 10 के पूर्व पार्षद मंगत राम बागड़ी और पार्षद शीतल बागड़ी द्वारा डीआरएम दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम के विधायक सुधीर सिंगला को मांग पत्र सौंपे जाने के बाद इसकी प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ी है।
डीआरएम ने इससे संबंधित पत्र रेलवे बोर्ड को भेजा है। वहीं डीआरएम ने वार्ड 10 की पार्षद शीतल बागड़ी को भी पत्र भेजकर इस मांग से गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को भी अवगत कराने को कहा है।
प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ने पर मंगत राम बागड़ी और पार्षद शीतल बागड़ी ने डीआरएम दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम के विधायक सुधीर सिंगला को कोटि कोटि धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि शीघ्र ही गुरुग्राम के लोकप्रिय विधायक सुधीर सिंगला को इस संबंध में मांग पत्र सौंपकर इससे गृह मंत्रालय से अवगत कराने के लिए निवेदन किया जाएगा।
मंगत राम बागड़ी और शीतल बागड़ी ने बताया कि गुड़गांव गुरु द्रोण की धरती है। भाजपा सरकार द्वारा इस आध्यात्मिक आस्था को देखते हुए 13 अप्रैल 2016 को गुड़गांव का नामकरण गुरुग्राम के नाम से करने का निर्णय लिया गया और इसकी घोषणा प्रदेश के यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल द्वारा 27 सितम्बर 2016 को की गई।
गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार और हरियाणा प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा इसका गजट नोटिफिकेशन भी उसी समय जारी कर दिया गया। गुरुग्राम की संस्कृति और सभ्यता की दृष्टिकोण से भाजपा सरकार का यह एक सराहनीय और ऐतिहासिक निर्णय रहा।
इसका सभी ने स्वागत किया लेकिन रेलवे के रिकार्ड में अब तक गुड़गांव को गुरुग्राम नहीं दर्ज किया गया है। जबकि सेना के अधिकारी और सैनिकों को जो टिकट वारंट जारी किया जा रहा है वह गुरुग्राम के नाम से जारी होता है।
इसके कारण सैनिक जब रेलवे स्टेशन पर टिकट वारंट लेकर पहुंचते हैं तो टिकट बनवाने में उन्हें परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। वहीं अगर गुरुग्राम के टिकट वारंट पर स्टेशन के कर्मचारियों द्वारा टिकट बना दिया जाता है तो इसका खामियाजा उन्हीं रेल कर्मियों को भुगतना पड़ता है जो टिकट बनाते हैं।
रेलवे के रिकार्ड से टिकट वारंट की मैचिंग ना हो पाने के कारण टिकट का पैसा रेलवे काउंटर क्लर्क को ही भरना पड़ता है। यही स्थिति विद्यार्थियों की भी है, विद्यार्थियों को मासिक और अर्धमासिक टिकट के लिए भी जो पत्र जारी किया जाता है उस पर गुरुग्राम अंकित रहता है जबकि रेलवे के रिकार्ड में गुड़गांव है। इसके कारण उन्हें भी परेशानी होती है। इस तरह की शिकायतें लगातार सामने आ रहीं हैं।
बागड़ी ने कहा कि हमने डीआरएम दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम के विधायक सुधीर सिंगला को इस संबंध में मांग पत्र सौंपकर निवेदन किया था कि रेल मंत्रालय, गृह मंत्रालय और रेलवे के वाणिज्य विभाग भाड़ा व विपणन, उत्तर रेलवे के साथ पत्रों का आदान-प्रदान कर रेलवे के रिकार्ड में गुड़गांव की जगह गुरुग्राम दर्ज कराने की कृपा करें।
विधायक सुधीर सिंगला के सहयोग और प्रयास से यह प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ रही है। विधायक सुधीर सिंगला से हम निवेदन करते हैं कि आगे की कार्यवाही में भी सहयोग करें ताकि जनहित से संबंधित यह कार्य शीघ्र पूरा हो सके। ऐसा होने से सैनिकों और विद्यार्थियों को सुविधा होने के साथ रेल कर्मचारियों को भी राहत मिलेगी।
