ऐसा ही वाकया नगर निगम गुरुग्राम वार्ड नंबर 11 महालक्ष्मी गार्डन पार्ट 1 गुरुग्राम में भी नजर आया । मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष लगाई गई एक जनहित शिकायत पर रैंप की तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई में नगर निगम इंफोर्समेंट टीम के ऊपर भेदभाव पूर्ण तरीके से कार्रवाई करने आरोप लग रहे हैं ।
सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता रोहित मदान के अनुसार गरीबों के आशियाने के आगे बने रैम्प को तोड़ने के बाद नगर निगम की जेसीबी पार्षद के कहने पर रुक जाती है और लगभग 1 फुट से अधिक काउंटर और 5 फुट का टिन सेड नगर निगम की टीम को नजर नही आता ।
दा पावर ऑफ ह्यूमन राइट्स फाउंडेशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष रोहित मदान ने भेदभाव पूर्ण तरीके की करवाई पर संयुक्त आयुक्त व मेयर नगर निगम गुरुग्राम को लिखित रूप से शिकायत दी है, परंतु क्षेत्र के नेता जी के करीबी होने के कारण उस पर कोई करवाई संज्ञान में नहीं लाई गई ।
जब दिनांक 21 जनवरी 2021 को रोहित मदान ने सीएम विंडो पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई उसके बाद इंफोर्समेंट की टीम निद्रा से जागी। लेकिन उसके बाद भी राजनीतिक दबाव के कारण उस अतिक्रमण को बिना हटाए ही कई बार वापस लौट गई।
रोहित मदान ने 4 फरवरी 2021 को जब नगर निगम एसडीओ व जेई से निजी तौर पर जाकर मुलाकात की उसके पश्चात निगम के दोनों अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया कि शीघ्र ही इस पर कार्रवाई करेंगे और एक हफ्ते का समय मांगा परंतु अभी तक अतिक्रमण पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई जिसके कारण गरीब जनता का न्याय पर से विश्वास उठता नजर आ रहा है। कानूनी नियम गरीब व माध्यम वर्गीय लोगो के लिये ही बनाये जाते है।
फाउंडेशन के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष रोहित मदान ने बताया कि इसके पीछे राजनीतिक दबाव के साथ-साथ यह भी स्पष्ट होता है कि नगर निगम गुरुग्राम इंफोर्समेंट की टीम भारतीय संविधान अनुच्छेद 14 का उल्लंघन कर रही है। उसके साथ साथ यह स्पष्ट कर रही है कि गरीबों के रैम्प को तो अवैध कहकर तोड़ दिया गया परंतु जब नेताजी के करीबी का घर आया तो जेसीबी का पंजा क्यों रुका।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि शोषण किसी भी स्तर पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और कार्रवाई के लिए यदि नगर निगम गुरुग्राम की इंफोर्समेंट टीम और अधिकारी एसडीओ व जेई निंद्रा से नहीं जागे तो उन्हें न्यायालय के समक्ष भी चुनौती दी जाएगी और कार्रवाई हर हाल पर करनी होगी क्योंकि भारतीय संविधान में सभी के लिये कानून एक सम्मान है।
