Viral Sach – Gurugram : ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की पहचान करने के लिए आज से डोर टू डोर सर्वे शुरू हो गया है। इस कार्य के लिए टीमें फील्ड में उतर चुकी है, जो घर-घर जाकर कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की पहचान करने के लिए कार्य करेंगी।
आज इन टीमों ने जिला के 50 गांवों में जाकर डोर टू डोर स्क्रीनिंग करते हुए काम किया। इस सर्वे कार्य की लेयर मॉनिटरिंग राज्य, जिला व ब्लाक स्तर पर की जाएगी।
इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए उपायुक्त डॉ यश गर्ग ने बताया कि ग्रामीण स्तर पर फील्ड में सर्वे करने वाली टीम के सदस्यों में आशा वर्कर, आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर, स्कूल का अध्यापक, ग्राम सचिव तथा एंटीजन टेस्टिंग सैंपल लेने वाला सदस्य शामिल होगा।
यह टीम घर घर जाकर लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग करेगी व उनसे परिवार के सदस्यों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करेगी कि क्या उनके घर में किसी को कोरोना के लक्षण जैसे सिर दर्द, बुखार ,सुखी खासी, बदन दर्द आदि है या नहीं। इस दौरान कोरोना संक्रमण के लक्षण वाले मरीजों की मौके पर ही सैंपलिंग ली जाएगी।
यदि व्यक्ति पॉजिटिव पाया जाता है तो उसके घर में होम आइसोलेशन संबंधी आवश्यक इंतजाम सुनिश्चित किए जाएंगे अथवा गांव में बनाए गए आइसोलेशन केंद्रों में शिफ्ट किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस कार्य की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए ब्लॉक व जिला स्तर पर कमेटी का गठन किया गया है।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि कोरोना संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर में शहर के साथ साथ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी संक्रमण के मामले सामने आ रहे हैं। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा निर्देशानुसार जिला प्रशासन ने विषय की गंभीरता को समझते हुए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए एक्शन प्लान बना कर उस पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया है।
ग्रामीणों की सुविधा को देखते हुए कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों के लिए गांव में ही आइसोलेशन सेंटर बनाए गए हैं जहां उन्हें आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं दी जाएंगी। इसके लिए जिला की 164 ग्राम पंचायतों में इमारतों की पहचान की गई है जहां यह आइसोलेशन केंद्र खोले जाएंगे। इन आइसोलेशन सेंटरो में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं देने के लिए जिला प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा एकजुटता से काम किया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि आइसोलेशन सैंटर बनाने को लेकर पंचायतों को गांवो की आबादी के अनुसार ग्रांट भी दी जाएगी। जिन गांवो की आबादी 10 हजार से कम है, उन्हें 10 हजार रूपये तथा जिनकी जनसंख्या 10 हजार से अधिक है, उन्हें 50 हजार रूप्ये की ग्रांट दी जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि गांवो में कोरोना संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए वहीं गांव में इसके उपचार की व्यवस्था की जानी अत्यंत आवश्यक है। इसी उद्देश्य से प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा पंचायतों को फंड मुहैया करवाया जा रहा है।
उपायुक्त ने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वे कोरोना संक्रमण संबंधी लक्षण होने पर तुरंत अपने नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र पर संपर्क करके अपना सैंपल दें और टेस्ट करवाएं । रिपोर्ट आने तक अपने घर में ही परिवार के बाकी सदस्यों से अलग रहें ।
ऐसा नही करने पर वे अपने परिजनों के जीवन को भी खतरे में डाल सकते हैं, इसलिए वे इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखें कि संक्रमण ना फैले। लोग भीड़-भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर जाने से बचें और फेस मास्क का प्रयोग अवश्य करें।

This team will go door-to-door screening people and get information about family members whether anyone in their house has symptoms of corona like headache, fever, dry cough, body pain etc. During this, sampling of patients with symptoms of corona infection will be taken on the spot.
If the person is found positive, then necessary arrangements related to home isolation will be ensured in his house or he will be shifted to the isolation centers set up in the village. He informed that a committee has been formed at the block and district level to monitor this work.
The Deputy Commissioner said that in the second wave of corona infection, cases of infection are coming to the fore in the city as well as in the rural areas. As per the guidelines issued by the state government, the district administration realizing the seriousness of the issue has prepared an action plan for the rural areas and started working on it.
Keeping in view the convenience of the villagers, isolation centers have been set up for the corona infected patients in the village itself where necessary health facilities will be provided to them. For this, buildings have been identified in 164 gram panchayats of the district where these isolation centers will be opened. To provide health facilities in these isolation centres, the district administration and the health department are working unitedly.
The Deputy Commissioner said that according to the population of the villages, grants will also be given to the panchayats for setting up isolation centres. Villages whose population is less than 10,000 will be given a grant of Rs 10,000 and those whose population is more than 10,000 will be given a grant of Rs 50,000.
He said that for the prevention of corona infection in the villages, it is very necessary to make arrangements for its treatment in the same village. For this purpose, funds are being provided to the panchayats by the state government.
The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the general public that in case of symptoms related to corona infection, they should immediately contact the nearest health center and give their sample and get the test done. Stay away from the rest of the family members in your house till the report comes.
If they do not do this, they can also put the lives of their family members in danger, so they should take special care that the infection does not spread. People should avoid going to crowded places and must use face mask.
