Viral Sach – गुरुग्राम : Gurugram- हरियाणा में कोरोना के बढ़ते हुए केसों को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने आज से आगामी आदेशों तक प्रतिदिन रात को 9 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक ‘कोरोना-कर्फ्यू’ लागू कर दिया है। इन्हीं आदेशों के तहत गुरुग्राम के उपायुक्त डॉ यश गर्ग ने ज़िला में रात्रि कर्फ्यू के आदेश जारी किए हैं।
गुरुग्राम ज़िला प्रशासन के प्रवक्ता ने इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि ‘कोरोना कर्फ्यू’ के दौरान ज़िला गुरुग्राम में लोगों की गैर-आवश्यक गतिविधियों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। वे सडक़ या किसी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर अनावश्यक रूप से ना तो घर के बाहर पैदल और ना ही गाड़ी से घुम सकेंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि इस ‘कोरोना कर्फ्यू’ के समय लोगों की परेशानियों को समझते हुए आवश्यक सेवाओं से जुड़े लोगों को छूट दी जाएगी। जिन लोगों के लिए छूट का प्रावधान किया गया है उनमें कानून और व्यवस्था/आपात स्थिति तथा नगरपालिका सेवाओं/ड्यूटी में कार्यरत कार्यकारी-मजिस्ट्रेट, पुलिस कर्मियों, वर्दी में सेना/सीएपीएफ बल के जवान, स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, अग्निशमन विभाग, पत्रकार और कोविड-19 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए लगाई गई सरकारी मशीनरी से जुड़े लोग शामिल हैं। इन सभी को पहचान-पत्र रखना होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि अधिकृत अधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए स्पेशल कर्फ़्यू-पास वाले लोगों को भी आवागमन में छूट रहेगी।
प्रवक्ता के अनुसार आवश्यक और गैर आवश्यक वस्तुओं के अंतर-राज्य और राज्य में एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर आवागमन पर प्रतिबंध नहीं रहेगा, लेकिन इस दौरान सभी वाहन चालकों को अपना मूल व गंतव्य स्थान बताने और सत्यापन करवाने के बाद ही अनुमति दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि ‘कोरोना कर्फ्यू’ के दौरान अस्पताल, दवाई की दुकानें और ए.टी.एम. खुला रखने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
गर्भवती महिलाओं और रोगियों को चिकित्सा/स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्राप्त करने के लिए भी आने-जाने की अनुमति होगी। आईएसबीटी, रेलवे स्टेशन तथा एयरपोर्ट जाने या वहां से लौटने वाले यात्रियों को भी आवागमन की अनुमित होगी।
जिलाधीश एवं उपायुक्त डॉ गर्ग की ओर से उक्त कर्फ्यू के आदेशों का सख्ती से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Movement of pregnant women and patients for obtaining medical/health services will also be allowed. Passengers going to or returning from ISBT, railway station and airport will also be allowed to travel.
Instructions have been given by the District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner Dr. Garg to strictly follow the orders of the said curfew. Strict legal action will be taken against those who violate the orders.
