सोहना, Swachh Gramin Mission – गांव हमारे साफ-सुथरे रहेंगे तो ग्रामवासी बीमारियों से बचे रहेंगे। गीले व सूखे कूड़े का सही ढंग से निपटान किया जाए, इससे ग्रामीणों को रहने के लिए स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ वातावरण मिल सकेगा।
स्वच्छ ग्रामीण मिशन भारत सरकार के उप सचिव व आईएएस अधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार ने आज सोहना ब्लॉक के गांव दोहला व महेंद्रवाड़ा का दौरा करते हुए यह बात कही। दोनों आदर्श गांवों में स्वच्छता का निरीक्षण करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि सफाई करवाना केवल सरकार या प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है, इस कार्य में ग्रामवासियों को भी आगे आकर अपना योगदान देना होगा।
ग्रामवासी कम से कम इतना तो करें कि अपने घर और आसपास की जगह को साफ रखें। दूषित पानी की निकासी के लिए घर के समीप डबल सोक पिट बनवाएं। पेड़-पौधों तथा फल-सब्जियों के कूड़े को एक गड्ढे में डालकर उसकी खाद बनाई जा सकती है।
इसी तरह गोबर का निपटान करने के लिए उसे इकट्ठा कर कंपोस्ट खाद में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है। यह जैविक खाद खेती के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी है। गांव की नाली अगर पानी या कचरे से भरी पड़ी है तो ग्रामवासी उसे मिलकर साफ करें।
जिला परिषद के सीईओ जगनिवास ने ग्रामीणों को बताया कि हरियाणा व केंद्र सरकार मिलकर स्वच्छ ग्रामीण मिशन को चला रही है। घर-घर में शौचालयों का निर्माण करवाया गया है। तालाबों को सुंदर बनाने के लिए उनको अमृत सरोवर के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। गांवों में आम रास्तों के आसपास से कूड़े के ढेर उठवाए जा रहे हैं।
इस अवसर पर गांव महेंद्रवाड़ा के सरपंच रामपाल व ग्रामवासियों ने आईएएस अधिकारी रविंद्र कुमार का गांव में पहुंचने पर फूलमालाओं व पगड़ी बांध कर स्वागत किया। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास योजनाओं के ग्राम पंचायतों को उनकी मांग के अनुसार ग्रांट मिलनी चाहिए। दौरे के समय डीआरडीए के परियोजना अधिकारी आर्यन घनघस, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन की जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी पिंकी यादव, बीपीएम गौरव, ग्राम सचिव विकास दहिया इत्यादि मौजूद रहे।

Similarly, to dispose of cow dung, it can be collected and converted into compost manure. This organic manure is very useful for farming. If the drain of the village is filled with water or garbage, then the villagers should clean it together.
CEO of the District Council Jagnivas told the villagers that Haryana and the Central Government are running the Swachh Gramin Mission together. Toilets have been constructed in every house. To make the ponds beautiful, they are being developed as Amrit Sarovar. Heaps of garbage are being removed from around the common roads in the villages.
On this occasion, Sarpanch Rampal of village Mahendrawada and the villagers welcomed IAS officer Ravindra Kumar by garlanding him and tying a turban on him when he reached the village. He said that the Gram Panchayats should get grants for development schemes as per their demand.
