सन 1947 में जब हिंदुस्तान व पाकिस्तान के बंटवारे का माहौल बना, तब मेरे पिता जी व छोटे भाई (जिसकी उम्र 4 साल की थी) को लेकर दादा-दादी को मिलने तौंसा शरीफ गये | वापिस आते समय दंगाईयों ने बस लूट ली तथा मेरे पिता व छोटे भाई को बेरहमी से मार डाला | यह खबर सुनकर मेरे दादा-दादी ने मुझे, मेरी माता जी तथा मेरी दोनों बहने को डेरा गाजी खान से वापिस तौंसा शरीफ़ बुला लिया |
अक्टूबर, 1947 में जब मेरी उम्र 8 वर्ष थी, हम सब भारत जाने के लिए ट्रकों में बैठकर मुल्तान आये | वहाँ से आठवें दिन जाकर विभाजन वाली रेलगाड़ी में हमारा नंबर आया |
गोरखा फ़ौज का पहरा था लाहौर के पास ट्रेन को दंगाइयों ने रोकने की कोशिश की | हमने काफी मुश्किल का सामना करते हुए हर रुकावट को पार करते हुए, डर के साये में अमृतसर पहुंचे | वहाँ से हमें हिसार भेजा गया रिफ्यूजी कैंप में, कुछ दिनों बाद हम 3-4 परिवार हिसार के मोहल्ले डोगरान में एक ही मकान में रहे | उस मकान का दृश्य काफी दर्दनाक व भयावह था | किसी तरह हमने 1 साल वहाँ काटा |
एक साल बाद हमें नगीना तहसील फिरोज़पुर झिरका (मेवात) में जमीन एलॉट हुई | इस तरह हम वहीं रहने लगे | जहाँ फिर से मेरे दादा जी ने अनाज की दुकान खोल ली | मेरी विधवा माताजी ने दिल्ली से सिलाई का परीक्षण लिया और नगीना में सिलाई का काम करके हम तीनों भाई-बहनों को बड़ा किया |
1959 में मेरी नौकरी राजकीय महाविद्यालय हिसार में लग गई, 1972 में मेरा तबादला गुड़गाँव में हुआ | इस दौरान मैंने अपनी दोनों छोटी बहनों की शादी करवाई तथा अपना मकान बनवाया, मेरा स्वयं का परिवार चलाया ( मेरे दो पुत्र और पत्नि समेत) 1999 में, मैं सेवानिवृत्त हुआ | मेरी स्वावलंबी माता को मनाकर गुड़गाँव ले आया और नगीने से हमारा सम्बन्ध समाप्त हुआ | PC & 1803 एल्देको में अपने छोटे पुत्र के साथ रहता हूँ |

In October 1947, when I was 8 years old, we all came to Multan in trucks to go to India. From there on the eighth day our number came in the divided train.
The rioters tried to stop the train near Lahore, which was guarded by the Gurkha army. We reached Amritsar under the shadow of fear, overcoming every obstacle facing a lot of difficulty. From there we were sent to the refugee camp in Hisar, after a few days we stayed with 3-4 families in the same house in Dogran locality of Hisar. The scene of that house was very painful and frightening. Somehow we spent 1 year there.
After one year we were allotted land in Nagina Tehsil Firozpur Jhirka (Mewat). In this way we started living there. Where again my grandfather opened a grain shop. My widowed mother took a tailoring test from Delhi and raised all three of us brothers and sisters by doing tailoring work in Nagina.
In 1959 I got a job in Government College, Hisar, in 1972 I was transferred to Gurgaon. During this time I got my two younger sisters married and got my house built, managed my own family (including my two sons and wife) In 1999, I retired. After persuading my self-supporting mother, he brought her to Gurgaon and ended our relationship with Nagine. I live in PC & 1803 Eldeco with my younger son.
