अधिवेशन की अध्यक्षता विनीत गर्ग (क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष उत्तर क्षेत्र) ने की। राजकुमार अग्रवाल (क्षेत्रीय महासचिव) का सानिध्य मिला। क्षेत्रीय सचिव श्री एस एन बंसल, अनिल मंगला ने भी शिरकत की।
इस अवसर पर प्रांतीय रिपोर्ट, सेवा, सम्पर्क, संस्कार, संगठन, वित्त कार्यों की रिपोर्ट एवं महिला सहभागिता रिपोर्ट – प्रांतीय कोर टीम ने डिजिटल माध्यम से प्रस्तुत की।
समारोह में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली शाखाओं, प्रांतीय प्रकल्प संयोजकों एवं जिला टीम को सम्मानित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर विनीत गर्ग ने अपने अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में कहा कि कार्यकर्ता को परिषद के आदर्शों के अनुरूप कार्य करना चाहिए।

तदोपरांत वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए प्रांतीय टीम का चुनाव के के अरोड़ा संयुक्त महासचिव हरियाणा की देखरेख में सम्पन्न हुआ जिसमें सर्व सम्मति से अनिल बंसल को प्रान्त अध्यक्ष, ऋषि अग्रवाल की प्रान्त महासचिव एवं दिनेश गर्ग को कोषाध्यक्ष का दायित्व दिया गया।
समापन पर बोधराज सीकरी ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया। आयोजक शाखा के अध्यक्ष एवं उनकी टीम ने सराहनीय कार्य किया।
