इसमें विभिन्न तरह के स्टॉल लगाए थे, जहाँ लोगों ने जमकर खरीदारी की एवं त्योहार का आनन्द लिया। राजस्थानी ब्लॉक प्रिंट्स में कपड़े, घर की सजवाट का सामान, ज्वेलरी, हेयर अक्सेसरीज़, लेडीज वेस्टर्न वियर, कुछ ऐसे स्टाल्स हैं जिन्होंने लोगों का मन खूब लुभाया।
कोविड के दौरान लोग सुरक्षा हेतु घर से बाहर किसी त्योहार का लुफ्त नहीं उठा पाए और जब धीरे धीरे कोविड का असर कम हुआ तो अब सभी त्योहारों की रौनक देखते बनती है।
इस अवसर पर बात करते हुये अमन त्रेहान, एग्जिक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर, त्रेहान आइरिस ने कहा, “बैसाखी का त्योहार एक बड़ा त्योहार है और हम आईरिस ब्रॉडवे में हर त्यौहार के जश्न को साथ मिल कर दोगुना करने का प्रयास करते हैं।
यहाँ पर लोगों ने बड़े ही उत्साह के साथ इस त्यौहार को मनाया और इसी के साथ हम आने वाले त्योहारों में भी लोगों को इस तरह के अवसर देने हेतु कार्यक्रम आयोजित करते रहेंगे। ”
त्योहार में शामिल एक प्रतिभागी ने कहा, “कोविड के बाद मैं इस तरह के त्योहार में पहली बार शामिल हुये, जहाँ बैसाखी के त्योहार का परिवार के साथ बखूबी आनंद लिया।”
समाज के हर वर्ग के लोग इसमें शामिल हुए और भारतीय संस्कृति की झलक देखने को मिली। हमारा देश विभिन्नताओं का देश है। यहाँ विभिन्नताओं में एकता पायी जाती है। भारत में प्रत्येक ऋतु का अपना एक महत्व होता है क्योंकि यहाँ अलग-अलग ऋतुओं में अलग-अलग फसलें उगती हैं।
बैसाखी के त्योहार को पंजाब और हरियाणा राज्य में बड़े हर्ष के साथ मनाया जाता है। यह दिन एक नए साल की शुरुआत का प्रतीक भी है। भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है जहाँ फसलों के पककर तैयार होने पर त्योहार मनाने की प्रथा है। बैसाखी का त्योहार भी रवि की फसल तैयार होने पर होता है।
