Viral Sach : Illegal Construction – अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन एवं अनाधिकृत निर्माणों के खिलाफ नगर निगम गुरूग्राम द्वारा एक बार फिर तेजी से कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। यह कार्रवाई अब लगातार जारी रहेगी तथा इनफोर्समैंट टीमें अपने-अपने जोन मेें अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन एवं अनाधिकृत निर्माणों पर पीला पंजा चलाएंगी।
वीरवार को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में निगम का पीला पंजा अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन एवं अनाधिकृत निर्माणों पर चला। इनफोर्समैंट टीमों ने विशेष रूप से बंधवाड़ी क्षेत्र में लगभग 2 एकड़ भूमि पर किए जा रहे अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन को रोका तथा वहां पर तैयार किए जा रहे सडक़ नेटवर्क, डीपीसी स्तर के निर्माण, चारदीवारियों सहित निर्माणाधीन भवनों को धराशायी किया।
इनफोर्समैंट टीमों की कार्रवाई अन्य स्थानों पर भी जारी रही। इनमें विशेष रूप से वाटिका कुंज भोंडसी, मारूति कुंज रोड़ व जोन-2 के जैकबपुरा आदि क्षेत्र शामिल हैं। पुलिस की मौजूदगी में जेसीबी की मदद से अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन एवं अनाधिकृत निमाणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई।
नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त मुकेश कुमार आहुजा के अनुसार नगर निगम गुरूग्राम की सीमा में किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण शुरू करने से पूर्व बिल्डिंग प्लान स्वीकृत करवाना अनिवार्य है।
सरकार द्वारा यह प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाईन की हुई है। कोई भी व्यक्ति जो अपना निर्माण शुरू करना चाहता है, वह आर्किटैक्ट के माध्यम से सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों एवं निर्धारित फीस के साथ बिल्डिंग प्लान के लिए ऑनलाईन आवेदन कर सकता है। बिना बिल्डिंग प्लान स्वीकृति के होने वाले निर्माणों को किसी भी सूरत में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए चारों जोनों में अलग-अलग इनफोर्समैंट टीमों का गठन किया हुआ है, जिनके इंचार्ज सहायक अभियंता स्तर के अधिकारी को बनाया गया है। ये टीमें अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में लगातार निगरानी बनाए हुए हैं तथा समय-समय पर कार्रवाई कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अवैध कॉलोनाईजेशन के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

According to Municipal Corporation Gurugram Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja, it is mandatory to get the building plan approved before starting any kind of construction within the limits of Municipal Corporation Gurugram.
This process has been done completely online by the government. Any person who wants to start his construction can apply online for building plan through Architect along with all necessary documents and prescribed fees. Constructions without building plan approval will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
To take action against them, separate enforcement teams have been formed in all the four zones, in charge of which an officer of the rank of assistant engineer has been made. These teams are continuously monitoring their respective areas and taking action from time to time. He said that action is also being taken against illegal colonization.
