प्रदेश प्रवक्ता यशपाल बतरा ने बताया कि कर्मचारियों का आरोप है कि कंपनी उनके साथ नाइंसाफी कर रही है। डिलिवरी पर मिलने वाला कमिशन भी घटा दिया है साथ ही काम का समय भी निर्धारित नहीं है। कई घंटे काम करना पड़ रहा है। इस बारे में कई बार कंपनी के अधिकारियों को जानकारी दी गई, लेकिन किसी ने नहीं सुनी।
कर्मचारियों का आरोप है कि इंसेंटिव के पैसे भी उन्हें नहीं दिए जा रहे। जिस रेट चार्ट से पहले वेतन दिया जाता था उसमें भी कमी की गई। अब जब तक हमारी मांग पूरी नहीं की जाती हम काम पर नहीं लौटेंगे।
यशपाल बतरा ने बताया कि फरीदाबाद, गुरुग्राम, पलवल व अन्य जिलों में 15 से 20 हजार लोग जोमैटो ब्लिंकिट कंपनी के लिए काम करते हैं। शिकायत में कर्मचारियों ने बताया कि पहले डिलीवरी के समय उन्हें 50 रुपये मिलते थे, लेकिन अब कंपनी ने घटाकर 14 रुपये कर दिए हैं।
कंपनी के अधिकारियों से शिकायत करने पर भी कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ। आखिरकार तंग आकर सभी कर्मचारी जोमैटो ब्लिंकिट कंपनी के स्टोरों के आगे हड़ताल पर बैठ गए हैं।
यशपाल बतरा ने कर्मचारियों को आश्वासन देेते हुए कहा कि हरियाणा में भाजपा की ईमानदार सरकार है। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के शासनकाल में हर गरीब व पीड़ित लोगों की शिकायत पर ध्यान दिया जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि आप लोगों के साथ अन्याय नहीं होने दिया जाएगा।
भाजपा नेता बतरा ने बताया कि उन्होंने मौके पर ही एसडीएम और लेबर कमिश्नर से बात की और कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए कहा। उन्होंने बताया कि अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया है कि जल्द ही हड़ताल कर्मचारियों को बुलाकर उनको न्याय दिलाया जाएगा और जितनी भी उनकी समस्याएं हैं कंपनी के अधिकारियों को बुलाकर समाधान करा दिया जाएगा।
