उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना की पहली लहर में गांव देहात के अंदर इसका संक्रमण ज्यादा नहीं फैला था, लेकिन मुझे यह लगता है कि इस बार यह संक्रमण लोगों की गैर जिम्मेदाराना हरकत से ज्यादा फैला है। अगर हरियाणा के आंकड़ों को ध्यान से देखें तो लगभग 62 परसेंट शहर से संक्रमित हैं और 38 परसेंट गांव देहात से।
किसान आंदोलन से जुड़े नेताओं ने बार-बार ऑन रिकॉर्ड यह कहा है कि कोई कोरोना नहीं है और यह सब सरकार का बनाया हुआ एक प्रपंच है। इस प्रकार की टिप्पणियां राकेश टिकैत, गुरनाम सिंह चन्नी, रजवाल पन्नू, लक्खोवाल इस प्रकार के सभी नेताओं ने करी।

प्रदेश और देश के सम्मानित अखबारों ने यह खबर भी दी की आंदोलन पर बैठे लोगों के बीच में लगभग 120 लोग बुखार से ग्रस्त हैं। इन लोगों की भी जांच यह कथित किसान नेता नहीं होने दे रहे। ऐसा व्यवहार बहुत गैर जिम्मेदाराना है, क्योंकि जब आप कोरोना से संक्रमित होते हैं तो ना सिर्फ आपका घर परिवार बल्कि आपका गांव आपकी चौपाल सभी इस संक्रमण के दायरे में आ जाते हैं।
मेरा यह भी मानना है कि प्रदेश के सभी विपक्ष के कद्दावर नेता चाहे वह चौधरी भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा हों या चौधरी अभय सिंह चौटाला, बड़ी ही गैर जिम्मेदाराना पद्धति अपनी राजनीति को सिरे लगाने के लिए अपनाएं।
प्रदेश के भूतपूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा को या कांग्रेस के मुख्य वक्ता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला, कुमारी शैलजा किरण चौधरी कुलदीप बिश्नोई, अभय चौटाला, ओम प्रकाश चौटाला इन सभी को समाज के अंदर कोरोना महामारी से बचने के लिए व्यापक तौर से आह्वान करना चाहिए था, लेकिन उसकी जगह यह राजनीति के गणित ज्ञान में घुसे रहे और जब पहले सरकार ने वैक्सीन लाई तो उसके खिलाफ बोले फिर वैक्सीन ज्यादा लगाओ इसकी दुहाई देते रहे कभी टेस्ट नहीं कराने देने की बात करते थे और कभी टेस्ट कम हो रहे हैं, ऐसी बात करते थे। इस प्रकार की दोगली शैली प्रदेश के लिए घातक सिद्ध हो रही है।
आज कांग्रेस देशभर में आडंबर रच रही है लेकिन यही कांग्रेस है जो यह कहती थी कि देश में बनी वैक्सीन की गुणवत्ता नहीं होगी। फिर कहती थी कि यह बीजेपी की वैक्सीन है, हम नहीं लगाएंगे यहां तक कि राहुल गांधी जी ने तो आज तक वैक्सीन ही नहीं लगाई। उसके बाद में कोरोना संक्रमित हो गए। लेकिन वही देश के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह जी ने देश में बनी वैक्सीन लगाई और 83 साल की उम्र में भी कोरोना पर विजय पाकर अपने घर सुरक्षित हैं।
विगत कुछ दिनों में टिकरी बॉर्डर पर हुए बलात्कार और उसके उपरांत महिला की मृत्यु की खबरें प्रमुख अखबारों ने छापी। मेरा यह मानना है कि अगर आपको किसी अपराध का पता हो और आप उसको पुलिस को ना बताएं तो आप उतना ही दोषी है, जितना कि कोई अपराधी।
इसी प्रकार का कृत्य इन कथित किसान नेताओं ने भी किया। ना सिर्फ इन्होंने इतने दिन यह विषय पुलिस के संज्ञान में नहीं दिया बल्कि वह टेंट जिसमें यह कथित कृत्य हुआ है, उसको भी खाली करके साफ कराया जो कि एक तरीके से प्रमाणों के साथ छेड़छाड़ है। कहा गया है कि महिला के पिता के पास महिला ने व्हाट्सएप भेजा था, साथ में एक पेन ड्राइव में सभी सबूत भी रखे थे। वह पेनड्राइव भी गायब है और जिन लोगों पर आरोप लगा है वह लोग इस कथित किसान आंदोलन का सोशल मीडिया के प्रचार प्रसार के दायित्व का निर्वहन कर रहे थे।
यह कथित किसान नेता जातिवाद का जहर भी खोलने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं यह देखा गया है कि बार-बार चाहे वह रज्जो वालों हूं या चिरूनी हूं वह हर बहस के अंदर इसमें सांप्रदायिक रंग खोलने की कोशिश करते हैं। जब किसान अनाज उगाता है तो उस पर यह नहीं लिखा होता कि इसको कौन सा धर्म पालन करने वाला व्यक्ति खाएगा उस पर सिर्फ यह लिखा होता है कि इससे किसी इंसान की भूख मिटेगी।
मेरा यह मानना है कि इन लोगों ने इस पूरे आंदोलन को बड़े गैर जिम्मेदाराना तरीके से अपने फायदे के लिए प्रयोग करा। मैंने पहले भी कहा है और आज भी कहता हूं कि इस आंदोलन में जिन लोगों ने अपनी जान गवाई है वह सभी का लेखा जोखा इसके आयोजकों और उनके समर्थक व मालिकों के ऊपर है।
सरकार भी यही है कानून भी यही है और यह नेता भी यही है लेकिन अगर कोरोना का कहर इसी तरीके से चलता रहा तो इस आंदोलन में सहयोग करने वाले लोग नहीं बचेंगे जो यह नहीं जानते कि उनका प्रयोग हो रहा है।
