Viral Sach – गुरूग्राम। Municipal Corporation गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त पीसी मीणा ने शुक्रवार की शाम बंधवाड़ी स्थित कचरा प्रबंधन प्लांट का दौरा किया। निगमायुक्त यहां पर दो घंटे से अधिक रहे तथा लीगेसी वेस्ट निष्पादन व लीचेट ट्रीटमैंट प्रक्रिया का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने मौके पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों तथा लीगेसी वेस्ट का निष्पादन करने वाली एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
निगमायुक्त ने कचरा निष्पादन के बाद बनने वाले आरडीएफ, इनर्ट तथा कंपोस्ट के बारे में अधिकारियों व एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधियों से जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आरडीएफ, इनर्ट तथा कंपोस्ट का पर्याप्त तरीके से डिस्पॉज ऑफ किया जाए।
जिन स्थानों पर एजेंसियों द्वारा ये मैटेरियल भेजे जा रहे हैं, उनका अधिकारी स्वयं मौके पर जाकर निरीक्षण करें। इस कार्य में लगे सभी वाहनों में जीपीएस लगा होना चाहिए, जिसका लिंक गुरूग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण के कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सैंटर से जुड़ा हो।
उन्होंने कहा कि एजेंसियों की पेमेंट करते समय कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सैंटर की रिपोर्ट होना आवश्यक है। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि आरडीएफ सीधे सीमेंट फैक्टरियों को जाए। अगर किसी श्रेडर्स के पास आरडीएफ भेजा जाता है तो वह मान्य नहीं होगा।
निगमायुक्त ने वेस्ट-टू-एनर्जी प्लांट के लिए खाली की गई भूमि पर किसी भी प्रकार का मैटेरियल नहीं डालने के निर्देश भी अधिकारियों को दिए। निगमायुक्त ने लीगेसी वेस्ट का निष्पादन करने वाली एजेंसियों को अपनी पूरी क्षमता के साथ कार्य जारी रखने के निर्देश दिए।
निगमायुक्त ने बंधवाड़ी प्लांट में निकलने वाले लीचेट ट्रीटमैंट के लिए लगाए गए डीटीआरओ तथा प्लांट का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी समय-समय पर ट्रीटिड वाटर की जांच करवाते रहें।
यहां पर 8000 क्यूबिक मीटर के एक लीचेट पोंड को मिट्टी से भर दिया गया है तथा इतनी की क्षमता के दूसरे पोंड को भी भरा जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही प्रतिदिन निकलने वाले लीचेट के निस्तारण के लिए 2 डीटीआरओ तथा एक लीचेट ट्रीटमैंट प्लांट लगातार कार्य कर रहे हैं।
इसके अतिरिक्त लीचेट को जीएमडीए के सीवरेट ट्रीटमैंट प्लांटों में प्रतिदिन निस्तारण के लिए भेजा जा रहा है। निगमायुक्त ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि अरावली क्षेत्र में किसी भी सूरत में लीचेट का रिसाव नही होना चाहिए। इसके लिए पर्याप्त प्रबंध सुनिश्चित किए जाएं।
इस मौके पर अतिरिक्त निगमायुक्त जयदीप कुमार, संयुक्त आयुक्त (एसबीएम) डा. नरेश कुमार, चीफ इंजीनियर राधेश्याम शर्मा, कार्यकारी अभियंता नरेन्द्र सुहाग व सहायक अभियंता आरके मोंगिया उपस्थित थे।

He said that it is necessary to have the report of the command and control center while making payment to the agencies. It should be ensured that RDF goes directly to the cement factories. If RDF is sent to any shredders then it will not be valid.
The corporator also instructed the officials not to put any kind of material on the land vacated for the waste-to-energy plant. The corporator directed the agencies executing the legacy waste to continue working with their full capacity.
The corporator also inspected the DTRO and the plant installed for leachate treatment coming out of the Bandhwadi plant. He said that the officials should get the treated water checked from time to time.
Here a leachate pond of 8000 cubic meters has been filled with soil and another pond of similar capacity is also being filled. Along with this, 2 DTROs and one leachate treatment plant are working continuously for disposal of leachate generated daily.
In addition, the leachate is being sent to GMDA’s Sewerage Treatment Plants for disposal on a daily basis. The corporator told the officials that there should not be any leakage of leachate in the Aravalli region. Adequate arrangements should be made for this.
